A peaceful retirement home for the master of the dragon black market. My first attempt at the angled house style - big inspiration from Derfel cadarn, Legonardo and Cesbrick.
-
I really like this time period and big dioramas with lots of details. Awesome :)
-
Great work! I like the treehouse and manor interior especially.
-
Great series! I think no. 3 was my favourite , but I might be biased due to a certain knife thrower out the front ;)

I actually have a WIP in progress with some technic pieces, I'll post it here when completed.

Thanks Jorrith, yeah the swamp technique happened cause I didn't have enough dark green bricks for the water. I think often a part shortage can lead to a better result than the original idea!
-
Cheers for the comments everyone! Thanks for the feedback about the background, I might try inverting the gradient next time and see how it looks. I got the idea from this moc and some of Derfel cadarns older stuff.

I've never seen an Eastern-style castle in that scale or with any techniques like that, spectacular!

Its actually him reincarnating an old skull found in the castle basement (as opposed to slaying a fellow Nocturnian!). -
Looking good! I recently tried to remake the crossbow boat but stalled early.

Thanks, yes I didnt make too much there because I didnt want to clash with the different colours on the building. A bit of rockwork probably would have fitted in nicely though. I don't have a big backstory (unlike some guys here!) but It is a guy from one of my mocs that I really liked I also think he makes a great avatar/sigfig. Here is a better pic and a description

Thanks a lot guys! Haha indeed, might have to do a few bricklink runs to get some more nocturnus vegetation! Cheers, yes the buckets are attached to a ground pillar which is then attached to the roof.

One of the few humans in Nocturnus, Norman is eager to prove himself through the black art of necromancy. His theoretical knowledge is nothing short of genius, however his practical experiments have the tendency to cause unwanted disaster. This is my sigfig for signup to Nocturnus! -
I love the colour scheme , so jealous of the brown grass pieces. It's sad how they're literally 100x the price of green ones. It's a similar story for tan wedge plates 3x2.
