  1. That armor makes the Overlord my new favorite minifigure. The tank (although that might be considered part of the Overlord) isn't too shabby either.
  2. Does the piece used for the gun of the agent in the Hurricane Heist set look like a new one to you? It looked like a plain SNOT brick to me at first, but then I saw what looks like a trigger and the megaphone-like section directly preceding the tr. orange stud.
  3. Yay! More tr. blue parts! And, while I still think the tr. orange hands look strange, Panthar's tr. red bone looks awesome! And he includes some other rare pieces, so I definitely have an excuse to by more of the Chima line-up than last year. Mungus' head looks strangely like that of a bull, though. Vardy looks like the best parts pack for tr. blue. Strange, as I absolutely hated the first images of it, while Fangar looks significantly less impressive now. All in all, I think I like this line-up.
  4. That is amazing. It seems both complicated and elegantly simple at the same time.
  5. Oh boy, that red disk thingy in the Toxikita set looks cool, and then there's that pair of goggles that I hadn't noticed. My budget is definitely going to be eaten up by these sets . Hurricane Heist looks even better than before .
  6. Whilst the crystal piece looks rather out of place, the MOC itself is very creative and appropriately outlandish, as befits a MIxels MOC.
  7. Awesome. You really like using those old dinosaur parts, don't you?
  8. Awesome! I saw the older version on your site, and boy do I like what you've made it into. The sheer bulk of it is tremendous, and the shapes used reflect the original suitably.
  9. How does the name "Shocktaus" have anything to do with dinosaurs?
  10. If Front is trolling, he will probably be mobbed by angry MOCcers. If not, !
  11. A parts order from the LEGO "Bricks & Pieces" service. 53 light grey upper limb bones, four of the longer kind of dual ball cup bone, six of the shorter variant and six each of the four types of purple armor shell, with exception of the Breakout armor, of which I ordered seven.
  12. Agreed. More tr. blue bone pieces would allow me to make larger versions of the Kaiju Queen's wings much more easily and effectively. That saw blade recolor would have been useful for Agents MOCs and such. And there were so many more parts that could have been just plain perfect for MOCcing.
  13. It looks slightly ominous, but it's not as impressive as some of your other MOCs. The blocky-looking head doesn't help, as it makes it look far less strange.
  14. I'd say that some of the parts could be very useful to you, but only for heavily TECHNIC/BIONICLE-reliant MOCs. I've already found one possible use for the head part merely trying to come up with an unique torso design. The disk launcher might also prove useful to you. On balance, assuming you use a more modern style of MOCcing, I'd say no for the sets and parts, but yes if you are willing to get things for nostalgia or collectors value. In my experience, though, the simplest sets can often be the most fun, though.
  15. I think it just said "Collect all of the mixels to form one Mega-Mixel" or something like that. I don't remember it exactly, but it was one of the first pieces of information we got.
  16. Nope, and if one early description proves accurate, so has LEGO. I plan to make the strangest creature I've come up with for it, though, rather than a mere hexapod.
  17. Those descriptions state that Psyclone's mech is a giant version of him. How something with that most definitely non-humanoid body plan translates to a minifig is something I don't want to know.
  18. Currently, Slumbo and Flurr are my favorites of those, with the adorable Jawg being third due to it's adorable nature. It seems strange that all of these include so few of the new ball joints, though.
  19. Okay, while Psyclone's not really that interesting to me anymore (those oxygen tubes would look better if the awkward-looking part below his head was removed), Tremor's armor is pretty nice. I would have preferred the helmet and armor to be separate, it looks appropriately bulky. It's also one of the few LEGO armor pieces that actually look like they could protect the wearer. About the descriptions: I really hope those given on the Brick Fan are incorrect, because if not, that implies some very disturbing stuff about Psyclone.
  20. Mr. Jedi Guy looks suspiciously like Mr. Chumsworth. Also, what's up with the Digilord's partial pixelation in that scene? Is that basement old enough for a digital screen to have started decaying somehow? Disclaimer: the following spoiler tag may contain ranting.
  21. Pretty reasonable MOC, but you really need to adjust the brightness levels on your camera or something. These are almost impossible to see.
  22. That is his own creation. As far as I know, that head in silver only appeared as the head of Spinak (the dog in the 2007 Maxilos and Spinak set).
  23. Thanks! Too bad he doesn't have any of the new ball joints... If you can share any more pictures, we'd be glad to see them! Most of the pictures we've seen were rather hard to see, in my opinion.
  24. I hope we get a pre-possession Cyrus Borg fig. Apart from Nya's non-armor attire, which seems unlikely, that's one of the few character designs we've seen with no real life counterpart.
  25. Damn, I was hoping that the Toxic Meltdown was in a slightly lower price range. I guess I might buy the Infearno Interception though.
