  1. Great job on the tower texture! I agree that the shield works really nicely here!
  2. Great job! Your minifigure posing is excellent!
  3. That sounds good. By everyone I'm assuming you mean the Kali Council members? So everyone has to build one main gate (then I guess we'd vote on that to see which one is official), and after that they can build what they like? Those dates sound great! I had actually forgotten all about it, but I was just browsing over the first few pages and came across it.
  4. It does look like Ralfaus winning is a bit of a stretch... Thanks! Thanks Gideon! I was out of trans clear, or else I would have. But yeah, I hurried over that part...
  5. Thanks everyone! Thanks! It was a pain... Thanks Gideon! It isn't completely mine (though I did modify it I think).
  6. +1 for all your claims!
  7. Oh. You'd rather be stubborn, ignorant and stick to yourself? Then bravo. You made it into the 1/4 ideal Mitgardians! Poor you... Wasn't it tantalizing?
  8. Excellent job! Great work with the rocks there and the round tower is spectacular! You really nailed the dark look! I'd give you +1 too except I think you already have more than you need!
  9. One sheep two sheep black sheep white sheep. A young shepherd boy rounds up his flock. A little vig to get me back into an MOCing mood. And to make sure I haven't lost the balancing touch... that tree! I'd also like PU DoH credit for countryside scene and raising livestock. C&C welcome! Hope you enjoy! Edit: Fourth credit was given by qiadris, here.
  10. It's dangerous though. The grass is always greener on the other side... Or the sand is always sandier. And sometimes the snow is whiter. Or the mountains are... rockier... So true! You have missed your calling. Don't worry, so have 3/4ths of the Mitgardians.
  11. If you have enough free time to get things rolling on this I think you should probably be the one to set it all up (thread and stuff) especially as you're willing to donate prizes (really generous of you there). Looks good right now, I do think though that given the random parts pack giveaway you should reserve the right to DQ any entries that really don't show much time put into them. Is there going to be a size limit? I wouldn't think a map is needed especially since Kali towns don't strike me (for the most part) as highly organized... especially a settlement like this which I would think would sort of have expanded over the years - and given your description, As a member of the council (I am right?) I would say judging would probably be preferable for the set. Or voting. (Yeah, what else is there.) I'd be willing to judge, as long as the deadline was from June-July (or late May) I would have the internet access & time. On a similar note I don't think we ever did anything with this? We seem to have a lot of good ideas that just get fried in the desert sand... @Robuko, congrats! Sorry about the job situation though...
  12. That would definitely be a nightmare! Thanks!
  13. Got my first PAB cup!

You've passed the point of no return!:P

  14. I'll give you +1 for the FP and Countryside Scene, but I'd like to see something with a bit more focus on the Microscale aspect before I give you credit for that.
  15. Interesting interpretation of the base rule... I especially like the swirling fire. Nice job. +1 for the lava!
  16. +1 UoP. Great job, especially with the landscaping and FP. Wow was my first thought...
  17. Am I right that you're missing one credit for the waterfall? If so +1 for that! Overall nice build! The brown part of the landscaping is a bit blocky, and as others have said a border would probably improve it but nice job anyways!
  18. It would probably be helpful if you edited that info into your original post (but maybe it's too late to edit now?) [just noticed you did post it on the thread] Edit: I went through and gave credit to a few of the newer builds but I don't know how far back to go... if those that are missing a few credits could mention it I'd appreciate that! (I also scrolled through the Registar's tracking thread.) @Wedge, I'm agreeing with Gabe and Kayne on your microscale build. Didn't want to bump it just to say that though. Edit II: I'm looking for credit for my Rounding up the Herd. Contryside Scene and Raising Livestock.
  19. Definitely interesting roofing technique there! Looks pretty heavy but quite nice! +1 for all four UoP credits!
  20. Sideways rocks are definitely time-consuming! I like the way you mixed them with the olive green though, really neat! And the sand green worked great for the swamp. Excellent job! I'll give you a +1 for all your claims!
  21. +1 for both of your claims! Nice one with the monkey there! And the pathway looks great too!
  22. Creative idea, and good work with the bridge angle! It turned out really nice on the lime green! I'll give you +1 for the studs and swamp too.
  23. +1 for the tree! Nice little birds there on the farming shot!
  24. Pick a Brick, in the context the wall on the back of (some) LEGO stores.
