  1. Nice little vig, on the quicksand - as a matter of fact, I don't recall ever having seen that done in LEGOs before! +1 for the UoP credits!
  2. Great MOC here, I'm liking the mix of light grey and dark tan a lot! The stall and pump are great details!
  3. Neat little build, good job with the green coming over the walkway! +1 on the countryside scene, but like gedren said, there aren't any roof rakes here.
  4. Personally, I would do my best to rig up a photography set-up in my living room, maximizing on window light, and bringing any small lamps available to bear on it (preferably with white, not yellow, light). Probably, it won't turn out as good as if you used your usual set up, but it's better than having to start all over again, I'd think! Parts that you particularly like and want to photograph well, you could break off (after taking overview pictures) and then transport to the usual photography site.
  5. Neat little vig NM, especially the tree, but the brook is great as well! +1 for the UoP credits!
  6. Great build kabel, you have most defiantly mistaken your calling! Seriously though, you really did an excellent job capturing the Kali feel. Love the brightness and vibrancy of it, especially the 1x1 round roof! The light blue touches are genius as well!
  7. That first build especially is great! Love the climbing vines!
  8. Nice work! I have to agree with Gideon, not a fan of the mix of so many different color bricks, but I understand piece limitations. +1 for life in Kali!
  9. @SarahJoy, I'd suggest making the paint splotches thicker and less detailed... the kind of splotches I'd make if I had a brush proportionally as big as the LEGO brushes (well not quite, but larger than a pencil line brush, more like a good size marker). (More like what you'd make in MS Paint, than what you've got now.)
  10. Great job with the house, especially the texturing on the facade. The inclusion of the tower is really good, I think the problem with it is that it's a little small, in comparison with the rest of the house especially. Love the wings on the front!
  11. Very nice little build, especially the pumpkins! Like your inclusion of the scarecrow as well!
  12. Didn't notice the credits before (were they there?), +1 on all four, except with sideways rock instead of advanced SNOT.
  13. Good job with the rockwork especially! Your photography seems a bit blurry though, I'd suggest taking pictures somewhere with a bit more light (preferably outdoors in the shade), that will get rid of the slightly crusty look!
  14. Really like that dk brown flooring on the first vig! The scatter technique on the second MOC is very unique and works fairly well, especially with the bright vegitation! +1 on the UoP credit.
  15. Great little vig! Good job on the posing as well. With the light issue, I'd probably put a thin sheet or something between the light source and the MOC, just so you don't get your own shadow in the picture (so it's shadow will cover the entire thing). Either that, or take it at a time of day when the shadow wont reach that high (if that works where you're taking the picture).
  16. A great couple of scenes! I like the SNOT bank for the river/swamp, hope you don't mind if I borrow that technique!
  17. Well, technically green should be at a higher level than brown. So having the brown melt into green at the edges looks a bit odd. As for the inside green, it depends on what you're going to put on top - if you plan on putting corn/pumpkins over most of it I would say it doesn't make much difference. On the other hand if you're going to leave it open for animals, the same green-above-brown probably applies.
  18. Great job here, the tree is really good and so are the vines! Thumbsup on the stone building as well!
  19. Great quarry, like how the rock juts out from the cutting on either end! Nice work on the landscaping as well.
  20. Good work with the tree here, I like the use of technic axles! To be quite honest at first sight it looked to me like just a hodgepodge of broken branches (still looked cool!), I think because of the missing top. The last shot is really great though!
  21. Great job on the rockwork!
  22. My Hun has a fairly snug helmet as well. Don't think my bros had problems either.
  23. Category A: #2 #3 #8 Category B: #1 #6 #8
  24. Love the alt. vehicle's shape!
