The log of Captain Aiden Coyle. 24th April 616: It did not seem that I would get any takers for the position of Mayor of Stormhaven so I sent Jack Bain to build a house there and take over the position should no other qualified applicant step forward. With reports of Oleon activity on the island nearby, I knew Jack would be capable of maintaining Corrington's presence in Stormhaven no matter what Oleon threw at him. Unfortunately he does not seem happy with his post in Stormhaven and evidently took his displeasure out on some of King Philip's emissaries. I have sent a report to Admiral Woodbrose explaining Jack's actions as a case of mistaking the Oleon emissaries as Oleon spies. END OF ENTRY

I actually think the crabs ruined the scene and the house should not be on an angle to the docks. It would be really inconvenient to build a structure like that diagonally as the support beams would not line up.

Well I suppose we all should just pack up our bricks then and stop building.... while it is indeed a masterpiece, it annoys me to no end when builds are always being ranked instead of being enjoyed in their individuality.

The Sulky has now been upgraded. Now I need to figure out what form to fill out to pay the upgrade fee as the ship license form doesn't have an option for comments.

I finally ordered Captain John Quin to bring the ship in to the Dee Shipyards for an upgrade. When the Sulky sailed into Arlinsport harbour today, I was quite pleased with my investment. Nice ship with some interesting techniques! I agree with Kurigan about flipping those sails upside down, I think it would be perfect. Any reason why the ship is mostly monotone in color?

The Coyle family has sent word through all of Corrington that the newly founded hamlet of Stormhaven needs a mayor! Whoever builds the finest house in Stormhaven will be given the office of mayor for Stormhaven! Rules: There are no size restrictions. Builds can be either physical or LDD. Because of the terrain, all houses must be raised on stilts above the swamp below. A series of boardwalks connect all the buildings of Stormhaven. There is a limit of one entry per person.
