To the loyal subjects of the Queen in her majesty's lands east of Belondia, Having been offered and thereafter humbly accepting the position of representative of Tiberia in the House of Representations with the duties of trade organizer, I hereby present to you the official signup sheet for Corrington's escorted trade convoys scheduled to sail in the month of March. We will discuss the destinations of our convoys in Corrington's private channel but signup for the convoys will be conducted here. These are open first of all to any citizen of Corrington. If after the 25th of March there is still room available, continuing the tradition of our past trade runs, we will welcome citizens of Eslandola to join our convoys as well. Assignment to convoys will be granted on a first-come-first-serve basis. As I actually like the random code-names my assistant gave me last month, I will stick with them. Route 3A (minimum speed 3 ships) – Merry Lyric – High Risk (CLOSED) Flotilla 1 – Swift Packet, Saucy Jack, Black Marlin Flotilla 2 – Jezebel, Sphinx Escorts: Pandora - Swift Packet, Saucy Jack, Black Marlin, Jezebel, Sphinx HMS Bull Shark - Swift Packet, Saucy Jack, Black Marlin, Jezebel, Sphinx Escort flotilla – Pandora, HMS Bull Shark Route 3B (minimum speed 3 ships) – Fire Trader – Medium Risk (CLOSED) Flotilla 1 – Alexander, Valkyrie, The Nightingale Flotilla 2 – Dancing Dogfish, Sulky Harlequin, Purple Rain Flotilla 3 – The Morning Rose, Lady Jacqueline, HMS Otter Escorts: Queen's Glory - Alexander, Valkyrie, The Nightingale, The Morning Rose, Lady Jacqueline Whisper - Dancing Dogfish, Sulky Harlequin, Purple Rain, HMS Otter, The Nightingale Friends Forever - The Morning Rose, Lady Jacqueline, HMS Otter, Alexander, Valkyrie Escort flotilla – Route 2A (minimum speed 1 ships) – Quick Wing – (risk to be determined by vote of participants) (CLOSED) Flotilla 1 – Flying Colt, Saucy Gibbon, Tigerlily Flotilla 2 - HMS Alice, Corland Provider, Chubby Duckling Flotilla 3 – The Pelican Escorts: Mars - Flying Colt, Saucy Gibbon, Tigerlily, HMS Alice, The Pelican Paradise - HMS Alice, Corland Provider, Chubby Duckling, Flying Colt, Saucy Gibbon HMS Kite - The Pelican, Corland Provider, Chubby Duckling, Saucy Gibbon, Tigerlily, Escort flotilla – May the winds of fortune sail with you, Aiden Coyle Representative of Tiberia Given on the 4th of March, 616. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ > How do I participate? Sign up in this thread for a position in the convoy of your choice. Remember, your ship must meet the minimum listed speed of the convoy you wish to participate in as well as multiple zone capabilities. If you haven't done it already, fill out the ship license form. When you see your ship added to the convoy's roster, you may file your MRCA form listing the convoy's code-name when asked for the name of the convoy you are participating in. Unfortunately, Corrington does not have easy access to multitudes of large PMs so all further coordination will be done in the official Corrington PM. If you are not a Corrington citizen but are part of a Corrington convoy, you will coordinate directly with Mike S. Disclaimer! Corrington provides escorts but does not guarantee safety!

Haha, I think MAESTRO may have some problems with Kings Port Advertiser spreading these horrible rumors.... from my calculations, MAESTRO did better than "another" trade company... It seems the Coyle Shipping Company was once again neither extremely unfortunate nor extremely fortunate, so Aiden is satisfied with the results.

I know the odds of the MRCA results being posted before later this evening are really low, but somehow I keep checking too.... -
I actually was pleasantly surprised at this entry. Not what I was expecting but very cool. I really like the similarity to official Lego forts but with the initial fortification vibe. Excellent entry!

This is getting to be a tradition... Around the third of the month, we all gather 'round eagerly waiting to see if our ships safely and profitably return from their journeys. It is almost like Christmas...but better since it happens every month.- 897 replies

[ESL - FB] Duel? We will see honor upheld!
Mike S replied to Capt Wolf's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Although I would have to back my fellow Corrington, I would have to say Mr Janszen has a good point... I look forward to seeing the reply of John Hawksbrugh. That being said, I really like your presentation and story! -
Thanks! The only thing holding the walls together is the base. I basically built slots for the house to be set down into. The walls are 8 unconnected panels held together with the interlocking "logs" and the pressure the base puts on the lower part of the panels. Thanks! Glad you like the story as I'm making an effort to connect all my builds in a larger interconnecting story of the Coyle family and their interactions with the other characters of BoBS.

I like it! Those street lamps are great! Nice story too!

This most certainly deserves to enter the game. I think I was a bit misunderstood on the color scheme thing. I sure didn't mean making a dozen copies of a ship in different colors. What I meant was this. If you were to, say, sell this ship to an Eslandolan, you could change all the blue parts to green as well as the flags, sort of a customization for your buyer. It would still be the same ship but with a new paint job. Anyway it is doubtful you will find the need to do that since as you said, you are trying to build Oleon's fleet up....

Aiden Coyle believes in the diversification of assets. And he also doesn't like DBs just lying around collecting dust. In fact, he really would have no interest in collecting the DBs themselves if it were not for the possibilities that the DBs make possible. As far as naming, I'm waiting to see if any other names get put on the table.- 897 replies

One more to go and you will have an all female crew class. Love the pic with the micro ship and clouds!

The ship is nice but I really like your descriptions of the crew and why the ship looks the way it does!

Dee Shipyards of the Empire of Corrington

This is "crazy" good! Anyway glad you removed some of the pics. I tried looking yesterday and was completely overwhelmed. I kept scrolling down and down and almost gave hope I would ever reach the end. The amount of pics now is perfect for us to see all the great details you crammed into the build. -

Thanks! Took me a while to figure out a technique I liked. I'm quite pleased with how it turned out. Now to make a bigger cabin or barn in this style.... Thanks! That is the atmosphere I was trying for so happy you think so! Do I get an approval? Thanks! I was debating removing the LEGO string but I thought it added just a little extra detail. Thanks! Also thanks for the approval! The Ténotclaxcans just may prove to be useful translators with other tribes of these islands and they seem to be friendly. Thanks for the comment and the approval! That is the only way to make a real log cabin in my opinion... Thanks! Glad you like it! Thanks for the comments and the approval! Thanks for the comment and approval! I also thought the wall technique was the star of the build! Thanks! I'm not sure Aiden will be spending much time there with his duties in Arlinsport so this is sort of his vacation house. Probably be some time before he builds anything fancy here as he still needs a proper residence in Arlinsport. Thanks for both the comment and approval! Thanks! I was thinking about building an outpost raised on poles above the marsh on the other island. So if you plan to build a settlement on a marsh up on island two, I'm in for sure.
