  1. Hey, sorry for the double post, but I thought it wasn't necessary to open a new topic for this major update. I have fully reworked the car, it has a new front axle with advanced geometry and better working suspension. The body has now the iconic decals of the R/T version and I changed the colour of the grille and wheels. I made the drivetrain simpler so it drives well (the RC buggy motor doesn't stall anymore). Here is the Flickr photo album Hope you like it :p tibivi
  2. Here is my idea; https://www.flickr.com/photos/tibivi/14539336353/in/set-72157634384848421 It is a front axle with drive, suspension and advanced geometry like caster, kingpin inclination. Here's the ldd attached Tibivi frontaxledrivengeometrie.lxf
  3. I think the 8466 is a better supercar, same functions as 8880, except the headlights, but there is the door mechanism :-) And mechanically i think 8480 space shuttle is more advanced.
  4. Search for 'jaco4 gearbox' on yt and you will find a 4 speed seq gearbox which is really small I think it may be what you're looking for Keep up the good work, i want to see this finished Tibivi
  5. Nice body, how does it perform with that buggy rc motor and a pf battery?
  6. An technic half bea with two cross holes works fine in tight spaces
  7. I think your motor setup will work if you brace it enough, like an 20 tht single bevel gear ( with the pin hole) For bracing the 12tht from your l motor. I like that you respect the the real susp and chassis setup And you actully drive a corvette could you show some pics? Succes with building Tibivi
  8. Nice promotional idea, i subscribed ;-) Thanks for sharing your book for free Tibivi
  9. I know that 8466 and 8448 have a plate with the studs in pin holes, it's used in the door opening mechanism ;-) Tibivi
  10. Nicely done , you did some great work here The wheel arches are now better indeed Tibivi
  11. I have made this bus on RC, the topic is somewhere here on the forum, I would give the link if i wasn't on my tablet There are on my flickr and brickshelf pic's which show you how it's made Tibivi
  12. I like the presentation too, but i think that the wheels are too smal for the overal proportions. Tibivi
  13. My set did not come with that spare parts box, anyone else had this too this?
  14. Nicely done, the orange catches the eye for sure Tibivi
  15. No, but i found out that you can put an exo-force round propellor-thing into a 81,6 tyre (eg from 42000) And an power miners toothed wheel into both 8070 and 9395 tyres They all three look very well and give new oppertunities Tibivi
  16. I think on that set pendular is simplest I've already seen that done some times Tibivi
