  1. Now I understand why I feel more satisfied with all black chassis on my mocs that to have some kind color vomit (or something that associate on gay pride...) Interesting wikipedia article.
  2. That is best explanation. I can just add few things; if you like building machinery mocs than BWE, if you like cars mocs than Porsche is great choice because of wheels that practically fit to every modern sports car if you want to build it
  3. Very interesting color combination and really good details for car that I do not particularly like.
  4. Width is as it should be, perhaps there is s possibility to put linear actuator below cab, IMHO lifting height is really good
  5. I see crane boom and stabilizers bending but the rest is impressive
  6. I understand...my situation is determined by fact that rechargeable batteries box is simply to expensive for me, so I have constant brain storming how to make proper weight distribution. Looking forward to see how you will make long nose cab
  7. I have one question - is it any possibility to integrate batteries box in rear part of chassis for better weight distribution? Otherwise it looks like moc is made for "Lego standards"
  8. It is in this moc (I have weakness for Unimog because my father worked in Unimog plant in late 1960s and early 1970s so I grow up with Unimogs) ...with rare 68.8 truck tires (this emoticon is for tires) But let's go back to your moc and topic. My recommendation (for future MOC) is to build model which has suspension doable with available Lego parts to be as authentic as possible both in looks and functionality.
  9. You know best, it is your MOC, and it is up to me to help if I can
  10. For me number one is first on your list 42043, but there other sets that pleasant surprised me like 42030 and 42054 (finally tractor with ordinary tires). Of course I can not judge objective sets that I do not have
  11. You should combine frame 11 X 5 with bent liftarms like here to get maximal stiffness
  12. I use frames 11 X 5 and 5 X 7 to make chassis only one stud thick in area where axles go, so I have enough space for both steering and suspension...
  13. My latest mocs are all fully suspended, so I was hoping that I'm not the only wired on Eurobricks
  14. I know like on this post Question - do you plan a kind of suspension on truck? So far I can not see it due to but darker photo
  15. So far it looks good. Based on panels and white liftarms that I see here I assume that you have Mercedes Benz Arocs.
  16. Perhaps my old version could give you some ideas (for Deere tractor) http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=535335
  17. No, I need something better for this one The changes that Ales took are for 1:12,5 Unimog U400 with portal axles and not for my version Of course you are free to scroll through my topic and make suggestions Thank you for offering any kind of suggestion and help
  18. Nice to here...I'm working on my Unimog because Arocs type of steering is not satisfying enough, but problem is that my Unimog is very heavy at the front, so I have to think of something...?
  19. Of course you can not make it with parts that you do not have. Functions other than pneumatics are really good and owning 8466 set is reason for using Power puller tires at the front
  20. That idea I had when I was building 1:17.5 Unimog because I wanted to make Humvee, but it also has portal axles and independent suspension what was to much to integrate in such small scale, but your pickup version is cute. Really like it will h rims fro m 42080 set if I'm not mistaken. If it is roughly 1:17 it could also be close to your Scania is which is like M.A.N. some 1:16.67 scale
  21. I suppose this is your moc https://www.google.hr/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://m.youtube.com/watch%3Fv%3DfTkBf2Sqz-k&ved=2ahUKEwi6xpmxmordAhXFAewKHTpDBNgQwqsBMAB6BAgKEAU&usg=AOvVaw1jDUC-Okc4-qLCIF2KI7cv All functions look very good except pneumatics...and we see here how important would be that LEGO makes 95mm tractor tires. If I saw correct video it would be nicer that you used lime and tan color combo.
  22. It is certainly challenging project because we have only one size tractor tires, but because YouTube has closed connection it would be nice if you could upload some images. Thanks
