  1. Interesting combo, but to fit the same scale I recommend you to make truck in Mack Anthem size Nevertheless it is very nice to see yellow truck Example: http://www.1zoom.me/big2/232/333117-alexfas01.jpg (I have link to image because it is too big)
  2. It is not RC, it is manual; but (probably based of higher front weight) it slips ? Perhaps I should redesign it when I finished reparations in house... Thanks , the only problem is that I do not have plate 1 X 8 so I have to think about something...
  3. I agree with you; there are Lego Lamborghini "sets" in non-Technic series Usually licences Technic sets deal with new / upcoming real cars / machines; example Porsche GT3 was 2016 model, Chiron is this year's model, Unimog U400 was 60 years anniversary model (at the same time U4000 was also made but was no anniversary model), new Arocs was introduced in 2015...but Xerion was in this 4000/4500/5000 series available from 2014,etc... ? So as you said that is also a possibility
  4. But it came from somewhere already; some non-Technic set... ?
  5. Well it happened that guy who posted the image which I have found on Twitter likes using Photoshop... Theoretically I can blur CLAAS scorpion (telehandler) and put few LEGO Technic liftarms and scale down LEGO Tractor tires and there will be people who would (at least) with raised hope to have smaller tractor tires (like I hope) anxiously wait for release... Why do I post something like this - we had such situation with Chiron. From LEGO parts side we have everything for this set, but I personally think in 2020 there will be Bentley because (as Porsche and Bugatti) of VW ownership of marquee. But let's stick (and be philosophical) about what we have for now.
  6. Ludo, here is the same thing that did not work under moderate weight... ...but I'll be more than happy if you could solve this problem
  7. We'll be tuned, no worries. Now imagine how cool are black 5 X 7 frames for vehicles with black chassis (which is visible like tractors / trucks)
  8. I think it would be better to use solution similar to 42082 set for "Ackerman" type of steering. I have tried to use gear rack like yours in my Unimog to make front axle as narrow as possible but even if you use tiles / plates gear is slipping over gear rack because it is designed to be used with Technic bricks and not liftarms Sorry for disappointment, but I know how long it takes to correct something like this; I needed half a year...
  9. Interesting that set with similar number was about ten years ago 8294, it was tracked excavator... https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?S=8294-1#T=S&O={"rpp":"100","iconly":0} ...and now we have tracked loader Yes, something like re-release (or history is repeating), but if they make CLAAS harvester in summer 2019 I'll be happy (2016 we had Xerion)
  10. Hm 857 set when I was 6...I remember that it had 3 tires 24 X 43 and with addition of 851 tractor you could build cars up to date from that era...we know that BMW makes sidecars and we know LEGO and BMW have license agreement...that could be possible as successor of BMW GS 1200 from last year
  11. That is smart thinking We know that next year Corvette will have V8 in front of rear axle, so if this is no fake it could be next year's model which is the first Corvette with such engine placement
  12. Well I'm mostly interested in new parts
  13. Do you perhaps know anything more; colors, dimensions ?
  14. In time when I have changed my old smartphone (that got digital Alzheimer ), you posted topic that I did not notice until now. I must admit that you made very good model and for this size it looks decent and sturdy
  15. So from first sight no chance for smaller tractor tires, but tracked loader sounds interesting
  16. No, the one that holds tile 2 X 2 round on outer part of the wheel
  17. @msk6003 this is very nice solution, but it is s bit to fragile and connectors get loose; at least on my test because I have used similar way for 3 functions for Mulag attachment for my Unimog. I do not know if this is for @aminnich's needs, but I would try to make it using frames 5 X 7 somehow to make it stiff enough ? The common idea is very good ?
  18. Exactly, they use a lot of space to make them sturdy and are suitable for bigger MOCs (together with gear rings from BWE ot RTC)...example like truck by @Lucio Switch
  19. Actually that would be great re-release of this set in studies style for Technic beginners
  20. I was thinking on black axle 3 with stop together with round tiles with hole at the end of wheel
  21. Just one small thing - perhaps this black axle would be better someday... https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=24316#T=S&C=11&O={"color":11,"rpp":"100","iconly":0}
