That's a mad design Monsinjor and it has perhaps the biggest steering wheel I've ever seen on a minifig scale MOC. I like it!
-
Excellent! Very sleak, very modern and the industrial stair case is perfect - I may have to 'borrow' that design. I can't work out if it's a evil-genius's lair or a crime fighter (or something else I'm completely missing), but it does look good - although that toilet looks painful....

/SpraysCoffeeAllOverTheKeyboard/ Thanks, that was priceless!

How about when you spend an hour at the Lego shop trying out different packing strategies for the PAB cups because you're cheap/skint?
-
I'm digging the retrobots! Keep building more please...

Brickshelf images can take a day or two before being available for everyone else to see, but judging on this single image it looks good tuwar! I like the color combination you used and the roof looks interesting. Is it based on any specific building/regional style? and are you going to build this in real bricks?

Given TLG quality issues I'm hoping they come up with a color coding system that fully supports the range of Reddish Brown and White Bricks that TLG have produced recently. From 'Not-quite-white-with-a-hint-of-yellow' to 'It-kinda-looks-like-cream' and 'Dammit-this-is-pale-grey!'

Very dynamic and ominous. And I really like the water. Excellent job.

Excellent work! There's plenty to appreciate in this MOC, but I especially like the ice cream bubbles.

So when do think early pictures might be released GRogall? -
You've got some excellent creations here.... personally I like the mods you've done to them, but you also got a great eye for the image composition - these pictures look fantastic!

Welcome to the Forums! I'm an expat too (there's quite a few of us on here). What themes are you interested in?

I like the brick built dinosaur skeleton and the gift shop you've got on your cuusoo page. Do you have an idea as to the total brick count?
-
So you've come up with a mining robot that sneezes gold? This isn't going to end well.... ...but I can't wait to see the next installment!

This scene is included in Scorsese's Hugo movie. You might want to check that out for architectural details of the station as well.

I tried that and also replaced some of the entryway tiles with black, but the test pictures I took made the black technic beams just merge into the (now black) background and I wanted them to be obvious so I reverted to the original reddish brown color. What is it with the lack of love for Detroit and St. Louis on these forums? Although 'Lego Detroit' as a 2014 theme does sound good... I had a couple of goes at making suitably ruined Water tanks, but none of them worked - so I copped out and decided they should survive the fire intact. The spirit of Richie Blackmore compelled me to use it!
-
That looks fantastic!

Yes, it has been an in store freebie.

Great job! Ditto. Great job!

It sounds like an interesting find you have there! Legohistorian is regularly on these forums.

The Soup Kitchen/Flop house I posted yesterday had a terrible incident in the early hours of the morning. Reports are still coming in, but at daybreak the locals were shocked to see their home destroyed. Police are investigating and foul play is not being ruled out. The fire appears to have started in the entrance lobby and the damage on the ground floor appears extensive. But it's good to see those ceiling joists - although burnt - are still supporting the upper floor. And the roof had minor damage It has been noted by several locals that the recent discussions with Phantom Brick Projects Ltd. over redevelopment plans for the area had stalled and this has police interested. I sense a rebuilding in the near future!
