  1. I can't handle this once a year Modular Set release schedule. It's too rushed - Lego should slow down.
  2. Underworld: Rez/Cowgirl Play Loud! Play Often! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sKTo1G362U
  3. This is exciting news! No indication of a timetable yet, but I'm stoked.
  4. Welcome lurker! You know what this place is all about. Have fun and we look forward to seeing some of your creations...
  5. Congratulations to the winners and to all who entered. The standard of the MOCs was fantastic!
  6. Welcome! I'm sure you'll find much to amuse and inspire you in these forums!
  7. "Seriously? Lego? Really? Aren't you a bit old for that?" Then I point them at some of the MOCs on this website.... /BrickHeathens/
  8. I'm not sure how recently you've rediscovered Lego, but if you want to build up your collection of bricks then Bricklink as Kivi mentioned is a great place to start. It is, quite possibly, the most dated looking website out there, but it's crucially important and rather than buy sets to build up a collection you can buy individual specific pieces. Check it out and deal with a respected BL store (one with plenty of positive reviews and plenty of inventory.)
  9. Excellent! I love the roof and the stone wall. The half-timbered wall deserves praise, but I think my favorite bit is the archway above the door. It looks perfect!
  10. Cosmetics? Uhuh.... right Seriously though that three-headed Laser is spot on.
  11. Welcome to Eurobricks hysot! I think you'll find plenty of great MOCs and building advice in these forums.
  12. The MOC looks good. It'd be a great addition to any town! You can always use something like Flickr to host your images and then link/embed to those to get around that limitation.
  13. After the Chemical spill in the river and the recent underground Cannibal your MOCs are definitely taking a dark turn and I never thought I'd write this about something made of Lego but the blood in the water looks very effective. Thank you for haunting my dreams!
  14. It looks great. I really like the design you've used for the cooling towers and the whole thing looks right. Is there any truth in the rumour that this is going to be part of the Lego Simpson's new range of sets?
  15. LOL. You're a bad influence TomLego...
  16. Fantastic creation! Everything looks perfect. The facade is striking and reminds me so much of northern city centers (I'm originally from Carlisle) I think my favorite pieces are the two ground floor areas at either side of the building. Although those two formal chairs in the center of the second floor also deserve praise. Your MOCs are literally in a different league.
  17. Excellent! My Town definitely needs some trees/vegetation and this looks perfect... Thanks for sharing it with us
  18. As everyone else has mentioned the roof is special, but I think my favorite feature is the toilet seat/basketball hoop porthole window on the front.
  19. I'm tempted - it's a beautiful recreation of an iconic building, but the shelf space required to give it justice means I'll have to rule it out.
  20. This forum is not one I regularly visit, but after seeing this creation I will be returning! What a great looking building and thanks for sharing the design process with us. It's sinuous and elegant and deserves to be seen by more.
  21. As usual there's some great vegetation going on in this creation. I love the tree roots and that Minifig is clearly enjoying his meal! What a bright way to start the week. Good work!
  22. Designing and MOC'ing up yet another kitchen for my Modular Soup Kitchen/Flop house.... Still not happy with it
  23. I like the subterranean vaults and the ruined stump of the CN tower. It looks suitably desolate.... p.s. that Chicago version looked nothing like this one!
