Love the built and eventually one of my votes goes to you. It was nice fiddle around with the real thing and how much perfection you are willing to go for, to make this entry perfect (the final minifigure touch). Great entry. I was also equally surprised to see both same reference designs. Imagine the odds, you can't get any better than that.

Just like the original Speed Champion official set? Where can I get it? The scale and built is definitely fitting like an official Speed Champion set (minus the hideous stickers).
-
Everyone should try and probably build from these: to these eventual outcomes On a serious note, I think is a matter of preference and numbered bags help to speed the building especially for builders who doesn't have the time of luxury or many sets which await for building. Hence, if I wish to have a mixed up feeling, I will probably just mix it on my own.

Yes indeed. The best petrol attendant ever!

Outstanding review Veebs! Superb excellent work. When I saw the actual built, I knew I had to get it somehow (after I had resolve the display issue), as it simply take up too much space and is damn impressive for this breakthrough. Thanks for sharing with us and doing it in such a tight timeline.

Seeing the actual built simply marvel. I have to admit that the backdrop is so 'distracting' too. Great entry for the competition.

Eurobricks Event 2018 - The storys and pictures
WhiteFang replied to CopMike's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
Done a simple review for this awesome fellow. -
Hello everyone, I was looking back and was inspired by my past MOC reviews for my Eurobricks event which can be found over here (Yellow Castle) and there (PAB store). I thought of continue my attending tradition and simple reviewing coverage of the special event kit which was presented to Eurobricks attendees for the Eurobricks Event in Billund for 2018. Without further ado, let's take a look at this awesome special event kit. An original box image of the Eurobricks Event Set 2018 - Park Ambassador This event kit was specially designed by our Eurobricks Ambassador, @CopMike. To honour the ongoing craze of the new LEGO BrickHeadz theme, CopMike had put his creative thoughts and put together a total 65 LEGO bricks. Eurobricks attendees is proudly able to receive the exclusive LEGO Park Ambassador on 27 May 2018. For your info, the actual Park Ambassador can be found at the entrance of LEGOLAND Billund in a form of marching band. There are probably around 50 to 60 copies ever produced and I am very honoured to own this event kit. The content of the sealed box This event kit come with a ziploc bag and an AFOL instructions which was kindly produced by Swebrick (Sweden LUG) and @anders67. Special printed parts and interesting bricks Awesome parts selection and knowing CopMike's taste of bricks especially the trans-green 2x2 bricks. Those special printed parts are completely printed with nil stickers. You can't ask more than that and you ought to be pleased that this BrickHeadz come with back printing. The completed built of the Eurobricks Event Set 2018 - Park Ambassador Superb nice looking traditional yellow skin BrickHeadz. I love this design very much and there's nothing more for me to add. You can take a closer look from the side view. Thanks to CopMike (Eurobricks Ambassador), Swebrick and Anders67 WhiteFang and Belun attended the Eurobricks Event, Billund 2018 I hope you have enjoyed viewing this simple MOC review coverage for the 14th Eurobricks Event 2018.

Nice review. Thanks for doing it, though I really wished you had your usual set up. In addition, can I know what is your take on the new functions vs power functions? Is it intended to replace the old system? Will it be able to integrate well with the former system? On the sideline, 10 batteries is damn a lot...

Incredibly speechless. I am loss for words. The amount of ‘FX’ effects added to this majestic masterpiece is simply remarkable. The sheer scale and magnetitude is just so huge and filled with lots of oriential details. Thanks for sharing it with us.- 64 replies

The Lego Movie 2 - The Second Part 2019 Set Discussion
WhiteFang replied to Fenghuang0296's topic in Special LEGO Themes
The whole movie preview gave me vibes on post-apoc scenes which could be the very first of its kind in LEGO official sets. I also reckon there are plentiful of space stuff. I am sure this new move will contain many exciting original LEGO materials. -

Haha, it was so enjoyable to spend time with the kids especially seeing them growing up so fast since they were toddlers. Mrs Fangy certainly enjoy their company very much and she is missing them too. It was great seeing you in real life and certainly wonderful to meet with a fellow EB Reviewer too. Nice photos too! Likewise for @Skalldyr as well. It’s great to see all the photos coming together as it helps to reminise what we had missed among the excitement we had. I will treasure these memories. -
Rufus, awesome, simply splendid. I am very glad to see this review coming from you. This is such an enjoyable visual journey with lots of useful insights on the new UCS Y-Wing. The comparison with the old 10134 is very helpful for older collectors to decide if is useful to buy this set. Did I mention to you, that the opening image is nice and I am glad you took a different angle of Y-Wing doing the bombing run on the Death Star. Glad to see you around, buddy and it's a great pleasure to indulge onto reading this review.

Eurobricks Event 2018 - The storys and pictures

Woo hoo, excellent fun event! It was great catching up with old friends and making new friends. I just got back from holidays in London/Paris and perhaps, feeling a little jet lag now . On top of that, is back for work for me! I am very pleased to attend my very second Eurobricks Event and I am already looking forward to future events, whenever possible. Special thanks to the core organisers, including Bonaparte, Jim, CopMike and Holodoc for attending. Also greatly appreciate Brickthing and his fellow colleague to organise the eye opening Galidor Workshop (first ever experience for me, never knew such a theme exist) for us. The Speed Champion competition was fun to judge the actual models, likewise for the surprise Unikitty 'challenge'. I am equally glad to visit the new LEGO IDEAS House and I must admit that the display in there are incredibly awesome, likewise for the re-visit to LEGOLAND Billund as well. There were so much dialogues and wonderful conversations we had. Likewise, the interactions with fellow staffers are very productive in the staff meeting too. Meanwhile, here are the photos which I had managed to upload. These are just some of my quick after thoughts. My wife (Kim/Belun) and myself are very glad to attend and I look forward to more future awesome events like this. In the mean time, allow me to indulge you guys with my uploaded photos on my Flickr Album which include the places of interest in Billund. (I am still sorting out those picture with fellow attendees). Fangy -

Eurobricks Event 2018 - Program
WhiteFang replied to Bonaparte's topic in LEGO Events and User Groups
From what I aware, our EB members who is also TLG staff, are @Rolli and @Brickthing. The TLG attendees are still a mystery as of now. -
I can provide 50 of those. Just let me know how much you wish to offer for them, which we can use to offset from the Trex Dino set. The offer is entirely up to you to decide what’s fair.

Homer Simpson (CMFs) is the ninth CMFs minifigure which is discarded into your minifigures’ bin. Or rather, Homer Simpson is your ninth all-time favourite LEGO CMFs minifigure for the parts speciality.
