  1. In that case, I'll have both. Not using the towells is not an option.
  2. I'm in for the bedlinen only since that is an option, and I'll bring my towels. Thanks. @Holodoc I changed my mind and edited above, if it's not too late.
  3. @Holodoc can you add @MstrOfPppts @MajklSpajkl @Aredhel and me to your house as well, please?
  4. @Holodoc No meeting rooms are available at Lalandia. They use a closed restaurant for meetings, if there's a need, but that's not what we need/want.
  5. I sent them an email asking if they have some sort of meeting room available for groups of 40. I got a generic response that they usually answer within 48 hours since they are busy. Will see. For sure, I'd let the EB organizer know if I get a response from Lalandia.
  6. Just a general comment here. Experience with the procedures is that it can take months to get a response, and when it's a negative response, there's not much one can do about it. It's not easy to get equal share to everyone, but then it's not ok to say so. If you talk to other LUG's, we don't get equal support. But enough of that. I always had a good time at EB events, and I'm looking forward to this one too. Treasure hunt in Billund sounds good. For the prizes,I could look up some thing. I'm also considering bringing some odd parts I want to part with. Trading sets/parts is fine, brainstorming the future activities and plans. @Rolli Do you think a designer can have "a talk" on your own (off work) like you did at Bricking Bavaria? Would that be ok with the company? Of course no confidential topics...
  7. This Lalandia offer seems reasonable. Being adult size, it's definitely less claustrophobic there. I would prefer the Lalandia cabin. For breakfast, we could buy something at the supermarket. There is a brunch or breakfast buffet in Restaurant il bambino. Could be an option. Lalandia advertises some corporate, group or school events. Its worth asking if a meeting room for a number of people is available. How many will be there? The June weather in DK can be anything from 10-27°C and windy/sunny/raining/cloudy. Correct me if I am wrong.
  8. It's been a while since I last posted pictures of my MOC. I still have pictures of 3 larger MOC to sort and publish, so I'll begin with this small-sized MOC. It was built as part of a large town display on the last Slovenian exhibition. We each had the challenge to make a street food vendor, and I choose to do an ice cream place to show off all the amazing ice cream colors. Light yellow and pink were recent finds as part of Bellville set. As for the shape, I didn't want to make it a standard 4-angled building, so I choose to mimic the slightly curved shape of the iconic red kiosk as seen here. It's not a true copy, but I kept the rounded outline, as this was my favorite detail from childhood. The extra step allowed the kids to actually see what's inside. Since the kiosk was actually viewed from the back more than from the front, I had to put some details in the back as well. All in all, this was a rather quick, easy and much more relaxing to build compared to larger MOCs. Being small and simple, it was probably my only MOC up-to-date where I didn't need an extra Bricklink order.
  9. Well done. The architectural details on the facade are outstanding, especially when considering it's been built with a limited selection of bricks. My favourite detail is the 3-wheeled stroller.
  10. Poor Redhead. What was she thinking.
  11. Count me in as well. It's too early to plan days off work, but it's not to early to save the date.
  12. This is a wonderful build (and so not in the Christmas spirit). It really worms a heart before the winter chills coming soon. I like the vibrant colors for some of the details, like the rainbow sign, the bright-colored plants, and a wooden frame of the shack. Well done and thanks for sharing.
  13. A picture-heavy post with lots of interesting details on the inside and the outside. It's been a while since I last built a modular, but it's always great to see new designs and inspiring details. Considering the relatively small footprint of the building, space is pact quite compact, but not too crowded. I really like the 'Minecraft' wall art, the shape of the building and an interesting awning at the entrance to the round part of the hotel. I'm not particularly sold on the colors, especially there's too much classic rede for my taste, and perhaps going for a darker color scheme with dark red, dark tan and dark green for the floor pattern would look better. Nevertheless, that's just me being picky over details. Well done.
  14. It's always great to see a MOC one supported at the Ideas platform go into production. Congratulations to @paokus and looking forward to the final product on the shelves.
  15. Thanks for pointing them out. While I was familiar with BX Studio, Lego_nuts was a new profile for me, with lots of great photos and interesting MOCs.
  16. Such a great build. The sloped roof got my attention first, it's very interesting to see it in a different orientation. The interior of the stand is very realistic, and effective for making orders quickly. The Fabuland tables are a great (hidden) detail. Well done.
  17. Nice work recreating a realistic building. The white and dk tan color scheme looks great. I'm not sold on the back of the building, but I'm aware many buildings have a pretty front and an ugly hidden back. The interior looks interesting, my favourite details are the bust and Batman cave wall pattern.
  18. Adding to a long list of positive comments, this MOC is simply excellent. I like the exterior, the interior, the presentation, color scheme and everything else. It's cleverly designed and one can see a story in the presentation. I wouldn't mind owning and building it as a set.
  19. Looks great. It's been a while since last time I saw a MOD from a set without extra parts. I admit I'm not familiar with the original set, since I'm not following Friends line that closely. The colors and shape is great and very retro. The open back is nice for easier access and play options.
  20. I like this MOC (and Ideas project) as it is, without Disney seal. I admit I didn't connect it to Wendy and Peter Pan innitially, but thought of it in terms of Creator and Architecture sets. I like it for the interesting and realistic facade, and beautiful interior details. In terms of approvement of the project, I can't think of much. Perhaps I'do go for minifigs, too. But children, not adults, playing on the top floor.
  21. I think that's what Holodoc volunteered for. He did it already. (thanks, @Holodoc)
  22. So, I added a picture with the descriptions and original landmarks of my town. Who's next?
  23. Domžale, Slovenia My home for the last 4 and a half years...
  24. I'll add my original photo tonight. I only have one with the actual skyline and original buildings ready, and I'll prepare one with only originals. But can't do this at work.
