  1. I also see a huge inspiration from Klingon design cues in the ship, which is good. The Explorer is also very nice with those sloping treads and extra greeble.
  2. This looks really good, I would be proud to build one like this. It's tough and fast, I bet.
  3. Wow, big NPU on this guy, very slick looking droid, indeed.
  4. Definately the cutest android here.
  5. So cool. Very space mod inspired, and I could see a whole group riding around on these to the ska show!
  6. This is so incredible! I don't think I ever had many ocean-action sets, but I would have loved this as a kid. It's just so playable!
  7. I hope I can get a parts list / instruction for this fantastic model. How did you make the stickers so nice, too?
  8. I think I might really like those "Adventure" sets. The one they are calling "Hammerhead" looks fantastic, but something about it still feels Star-Warsish. The little black one is also pretty cool, even if the design is more Batwing than Star Wars. I can't wait to see what they really look like and tell if I really would like to build them.
  9. Two sets in one sounds like a perfect op to flesh out the Niima Outpost / Rey scenes. With second hand sets, I am already planning a larger marketplace.
  10. Looks really good so far. I see a fair amount of FO BPs can make a nice little army.
  11. Well, Iron Fist came in a crap set that nobody liked, same as Juniors Goblin. When the set is so bad (almost all USM sets), the only reason to buy it is for the minifigs, the prices seem to keep pretty high for those.I don't plan on skipping nearly as many Marvel sets as I did before, simply because the new ones seem to be getting increasingly better.
  12. Wow, this is one mean fighter. Very well thought out and remarkably detailed. I would be proud to have at least one of these.
  13. I had never played this, "find panda" before. I must admit, I initially thought you meant find Ponda Baba. I suppose you could use some image editing software to multiply your trooper army, thus further increasing the difficulty. What fun!
  14. Good looking car with a lean stance, great parts usage, with nice gold trim, too. I am curious as to how you attached the bicycle wheels though.
  15. This is really nice looking, I thought about doing the exaxt same thing. I just need a place to display it.
  16. Looks really good. and I especially like the extra cannons on the sides.
  17. I couldn't have said it better myself, legobear. BTW, amazingbricks I would like to know when we can expect an update of the first post. These fantastic new sets deserve to have their pictures all in one spot so we can enjoy them.
  18. I'd say only get the Ewok Village if you want a playset and/or really like Ewoks. The two Imperial sets, on the other hand, are great display pieces to begin with plus the mighty Empire should easily crush any rock-throwing teddy bears. Not at all like a certain silly movie. Ewoks: Empire:
  19. Depends if you want First Order or Imperials. I have both right next to each other and the ISD makes a much nicer display piece for sure.
  20. Well, this doesn't really need it's own thread, but Bricklink would be your best bet, and ebay sometimes has a good deal, too. Just depends on which sets you want, really.
  21. Looks great, I like the overall shape.
  22. I can't find a good picture of it anywhere, but the speeder is real, in-universe. It is on p63 of the DK SW: TFA Visual Dictionary.
  23. I was in the store toy aisle the other day, ( before the LEGO was completely cleaned out ) and I found a Kylo Ren's shuttle die cast, maybe a few inches tall, with the vertical wings and it was White! Actually looked kinda of cool in white, reminiscent of the Lambda class Imperial design. So, yeah, there was a last-minute production change in the movie that affected the merchandising. I also have a poster with the same shuttle clearly visible on it, so not just toys were affected by this. I agree with you Kris, that when they make the next movie, hopefully they will not do any serious changes that will be inconsiderate to their license holders, and ultimately the Star Wars fans. After all, we are the reason they are even in business.
  24. Does it seem like Nadakhan's (Ninjago) hairpiece was specifically designed for a White Tiger minifig?
  25. Wow, the Batmobile is so tiny. Maybe the Dark Knight is going green?
