  1. That was monkie kid. Both infos came from fateful, so should be pretty reliable. He also posted Set numbers for the Dreamzzz sets releasing (71508 and 71512-15) in 1st Half of 2026 and the info that there wouldn´t be any sets later in 2026.
  2. They will get a wave and be done.
  3. Pictures for the Prize machine are in the usual places, the Pirate looks good, though kinda would have expected redbeard there, but I guess we got enough chances to get him already anyways. Not sure about the female pirate though, I guess that one is supposed to be a female captain, but kinda looks more like a circus director to me,
  4. Interesting take on the kraken knights, which seem more like kraken bandits, that come out of the water to raid your ship - also interesting choice to give one of them a whip. Nice that both factions got shields that aren´t that common in the castle theme, both look really great. What I really dislike however is the helmets they used for the griffin knights.
  5. I honestly don´t understand what the point is if you want to have a discussion about it, to not even write your arguments here. I mean if it would be an other persons text, a link is one thing, but as it is your own, there wouldn´t have been an issue to just post your text here. But as the others stated it is clearly a Blacktron Set - you have the figs and colours and the set also fits well in the storytelling of the theme. If some gimmicks are the only reason you think it is not blacktron, then I am afraid that is hardly any proof - it isn´t like they have added different features in other themes either.
  6. Yeah, not that surprising. So we get indeed one male and female figure each, with classic space obviously having only the smily face.
  7. I think the answer to why there are no mechs in the HP franchise is quite simple. Because, even if they would want to do them, they couldn´t. Disney holds the Star Wars IP, so they can allow Lego to do mechs, same with Marvel. DC belongs to Warner, so Warner can allow Lego to make Mechs. But for HP, Warner isn´t holding the IP, but just a license, so they can only let Lego display what is shown in the movies. That beeing said, HP mechs are as likely as LotR ones. Aside from that, Marvel, Star Wars and DC are all very modern, tech-based franchises, so mechs there aren´t really something that is that out of place. And while HP is playing in modern times, it is clearly based on magic rather than tech, so mechs wouldn´t fit in there.
  8. Some people here stated already that they wanted or expected some orcs in this set, but that actually surprises me, as personally I never expected more in it than Gandalf and the Balrog. The Fellowship is rather unimportant to the scene and as far as I remember there weren´t even any orcs there, because all of them fled from the Balrog. So all in all what we got is what was to be expected IMO, though of course the overall design might be a bit different ;).
  9. Male and Female Space Minifigs don´t make any sense at all actually, people want the classic smile, and pretty sure that will be included. The question is just if there will just be two of each colour, which is probably the most likely option - I still would like it if they would include the purpe and the dark blue one. I don´t think we will see 4 Figures for Fabuland and Paradisa - we will get one or two each - pretty sure some pirates, so if we expect two for each of those, one would stil be missing
  10. Pretty sure they are included, aside from space and castle they are the third big theme from legos history, and as zoth mentioned I think they were mentioned before. Now with Castle and Space taking up half the places, I wonder about the rest. If Fabuland, Paradisa, Pirates and the ideas minifig (though that could aswell be included in the paradise figure) get figures we would have them all. But anyways, shouldn´t be long till we know for sure.
  11. And 4 space too - I would guess we will get two of each then, because to me it seems highly unlikely we will get all 4 versions from the vote. Probably one female and male knight from each faction? That could mean for the spacemen that we are actually getting 4 colours there, maybe dark blue and purple since both of them had just very limited avaiability? Could aswell just be two of each colour from the vote ofc. Same here, by far the most interesting build - most minifigs, new shields. flag and sail will very likely be prints but given what elsw we will get there, I can live with that.
  12. I wouldn´t call it a bad set by any means, but I kinda expected something else from it, especially the Balrog - it still looks good, but I will have to wait from more detailed pics from the Balrog alone to really judge it. I do like the Dwarfen Architecture , but the flames aren´t doing it for me and I don´t think they will look good on Display. Also expected more from the Bridge, though probably to get a proper one we would have to add an other 10-20€.
  13. What I disliked most about Knights Kingdom II was the colours used for the knights, though I have to say the last wave they did with new knights looked much better.
  14. Well, you can still compare them with other Lego animals, like the cow, orca - or Ryu from Ninjago, which costs 8,64€, so I would say a dinosaur without movable legs and arms like a raptor would be around 10€ still.
  15. The original renegade only beeing avaiable in north America probably doesn´t help to. At least one of the target audiences should be people that had the original set as a kid and getting the remake out of nostalgia for it.
  16. As none of them are licensed, they should show up on pick a brick, yes.
  17. I think especially the big dinosaurs consisting out of several parts would be pretty expensive so for most dinosaurs it wouldn´t be worth it considering that you can buy sets with a discount and most people could still use the parts included for something else even if they only care about the dinosaurs (and if not you can still sell the rest of the set). Also, you can actually check on PAB what some bigger animal/dragon and even dinosaurus parts cost. All 4 legs of the Spinosaurus are listed there for instance (though out of stock) and you would have to pay 12,64€ for just the legs of the spino, and the body would surely be way more expensive, especially since the legs aren´t even printed. You can also get Pteranodon Wings for 2,18€/2,19€ per Wing or the beak for 1,84€.
  18. Yeah, would guess it would be an figure many would want, though nothing many would want several of.
  19. Totally agree with those statements. Yeah, especially for Dwarves some franchises have them using steam engines and using guns, which for me was always to modern and not fitting with the overall setting. But ofc that is also personal preference and surely there are also people that like that. But for sure it wouldn´t be what I want to see in a Set.
  20. If that would be the case, the lake would have to fit too, which it doesn´t - so I would say it isn´t related to the other sets, which makes sense since it isn´t part of the exporer subtheme.
  21. The date was changed from December to June two months ago - still can be changed back ofc.
  22. Well, if we look back at fantasy era and their sets, most of those sets were either focused on one faction, with 1 to 3 minifigs of another faction as opponent. So we had a castle with Knights and three Skeletons and Dragon - a Dwarfen Mine with one Troll and two Orks, the Troll fortress etc. And then some sets that focused on wo factions like the tower raid and skeletton ship attack. And I would say that sets like the Castle for instance would also be usefull for castle fans - and lets not forget the medieval market village here ;). But ure you would be missing a second (castle)faction, but if we take a look at most of the recents factions we got, Kingdoms really stands out there as it is the only second faction for a long time, that isn´t designed to just look like the evil guys wearing all black etc -even though, you still see they are meant to be the evil guys if you take a closer look on the sets. Kids would probably care the least that there are dwarves and other factions included though. While some adults care about realistic castle worlds, most kids would prefer a set with a dragon included IMO. Well I´ve seen votes on fan blogs that had the exact same results as we are getting for the price machine - though of course that hasn´t have to mean anything. But in the end they want to sell their sets, and the vote is to see what people want to have, so I don´t think it is that likely they have choosen something else than the most voted options. Who says this? As said before most castle waves had fantasy elements and so far I have never seen anyone claiming fantasy era or fright knights wouldn´t be castle - actually the official name for Fantasy Era was even castle. ;) They won´t make two castle themes at the same time anyways, no matter if the other one is licensed or not. And in the end castle is just a word, I wouldn´t take this to serious, of course you don´t have to like if they would make such sets, but butchering is kinda a hard word here ;).
  23. Well, was Fantasy Era Castle? Castle always (aside maybe from the first sets) had some fantasy Elements, sometimes more, sometimes less, but surely Fantasy Era was the one that was standing out the most - but also the fright knights. But I am not actually sure the theme would be counted towards castle today anyways, since we today use to sort the sets the way Brickset does, but that isn´t really any official way to sort those - for instance fantasy era was just called castle. So even if for us it would be a castle theme, who knows if the new theme would become a subtheme under castle in the Brickset Database, or rather get it´s own theme. In the end it is probably just people wanting to have some sort of structure. Everything else would be a surprise anyways - and actually the same would also go if they would do an actual Friends-Style theme again. Well we had the chance to get more Raven-Knights, but apparently people prefer new stuff. So I would say, there is a chance that popular CMFs get another version sometime but overall CMFs will have less chance for it than actual old Lego factions for sure.
  24. Yes and yes. But aside from the set number 40770 and that it will have 202 pieces there isn´t much known about it.
  25. Well totally agree with this, for instance the small city sets with the otters, the seals or the red panda were great, since you could get the animals for a nice price there, especially with Johnny Thunder Included in the Red Panda one. But in the end often parts like the space helmets are included in sets just as part of the decoration, and not really as a part that is really needed for the set, and small sets barely have the budget for this. Aside from that, the Space torso was only avaiable in BAM and that is even worse for avaiability for certain persons and regions, since not everyone has a store near ( or even one in their country) It is like that in Europe. I guess since what was mentioned in this thread, Australia is still shipped from Denmark. Well ofc it depends on what you want. Many people here also order some animals and other figures and so it is easy to get over the thresholds. And the postal fees are not PAB exclusve so work also with Lego sets. But yeah, if you don´t need either of that than maybe Bricklink is the better option for you. I usually wait for a GWP I want to make such orders, hopefully there will be some great this year. Since the Wolfpack Bandit is said to retire this year I hope we will finally get a renegade GWP.
