Yeah, given how long since the first figures leaked it is really surprising we only have seen so few more of them. I guess the full Series could leak anytime now.

Well apparently there is a certain way those pieces are supposed to be put together, but not every Store seems to follow them and actually figures have been put together in a different way in the same store in different times (might be just another employee did it)

I can´t see them placing the T-Rex-Head on the Raptor body, they look just too different, and don´t think there is anything else they could use, so would expect a new mould for it.

I also think D&D lends itself much more to a CMF than YuGiOh does. They have a way bigger variety on what D&D can offer compared to YuGiOh, even if we consider that aside from the main characters they would also include some Humanoid Monsters and more importantly, D&D is more suitable for people that don´t care about the franchise IMO.

I understood that point quite well. I just thought that comparism with classic spacemen was kinda strange, especially as many would love to get several unique colours for that one.

I think there would be plenty people that would love to get that series - but it would likely not be that popular among the general costumers, let alone kids, but more among AFOLs.

In the end, if he wouldn´t get a share, it wouldn´t have been made under the ideas theme but as an Icons Set.

I wouldn´t be to sure about it. As far as I understood it was likely never intended that all sets would be made, so they made some scetches, built some models but they likely never made it as far as an actual mould even existing. Which doesn´t mean they could still take of the concept of the dino in a future wave (and actually the whole set could have been moved to next year too) but eitherway we won´t see it this year. What do you all think we will be getting for the regular Sets? Since Chaos Theory ended and we got Sets towards the new film last year, I think it will be likely sets for the series. Would also mean, since there is nothing rumoured for next year, we hoepfully get back to Sets for the Jurassic Park Films next year.

I haven´t done it myself either, but from the lego community you can see several reasons for people to do it: they want to build it right away they want to make sure it doesn´t get dents, which often happens due to shipping the GWP was already gone when they tried to order so they went to the store to make sure not to miss it they actually have fun going to the Store instead of ordering online and are meeting other fans there and surely a lot more... In the end just as you can´t understand how others can wait at the stores, other people probably wouldn´t understand why thousands of people stay up to order right when the set releases.

Well there is still the chance that the list is not complete, as it is kinda strange that those sets have 3 following numbers. Of course it is simply also possible that they cut down the theme to make more space for another theme. But eitherway, I am happy we are getting more sets aside the 18+ ones at all.

According to the post on Reddit, the last one is supposed to cost 99,99. Wondering if that is the full list, since there are 3 numbers in between missing, though of course there always some sets that don´t make it to the shelves.

Wow, at this point I was already sure there wouldn´t be any more. I guess all of those new Sets will be coming later this year? 77977 is probably a buildable one again, so I hope the other three are all playsets.

I think sometimes people are just reading to much into stuff. In the end there can be several reasons why they did something like they did. Could aswell be they just tried several colours and thought that would look the coolest, or one of the designers daughters wears the hair like this or well thousands of other reasons. In the case of the Monsterhunter I wouldn´t be surprised if they choose red to add a bit of colour to the figure, as it already is very brownish, so brown hair wouldn´t have fit that good - blond would probably stand out to much, while a dark red adds some spark of colour without standing out to much. For the Barbarian many assumed that it was loosely based on red sonja, hence the red hair and for the Falconer it can have thousands of different reasons, while honestly I would have prefered a more medievalish hair. But for the figure itself it didn´t look bad.

Maybe he was that popular back then? It has been a really long time since I saw any of the films, so I can´t really say. He is one of the main characters, so it makes a lot sense to include him. But yeah, wouldn´t mind if they would have made a big buildable dragon, but I guess since the other sets will be for the new Film it will likely be something else and if the dragon will be included it will be rather small. If they make the hat he is wearing so he is carring it leaning a bit backwards they could make it as an second print. If not they would have had to make new "hair pieces" for them and especially the one for shreak would just look ugly going over the standart head - so would have been really surprised if they went that way, especially since they would need two moulds anyways I am still hoping for one of the Dronkeys as one of the dragons accessories

Yeah, that probably is the main problem for people nowadays, probably for many even before money. The good thing however is, if you regret getting the Diagon Alley you can always sell it off without losing money - probably better than to not have bought it and regretting that, since you would have to spend more for it now.

That is really interesting, would have thought it would be the same timeframe for everyone. I haven´t noticed any difference in the threads shown, so I still see some of the 2025 threads that were created early in the year and the ones started somewhere in sommer not - so of course none of the 2026 ones either. Would be fine with me. It´s all of them really.

Probably you are right, but at least as nothing of that really would need a new mould (but the head doesn´t seem to unlikely), the chances shouldn´t be to bad to get one of the dronkeys.

Yeah, definitely not the Bionicle one. I would say dark red, but really hard to say from the picture, could also be magenta but for that it looks to dark. Monster Hunter looks great, though I would think it would look better without the ruffles. Toa looks good so far, hope we are going to see the rest (of him and the missing figures and accessories)

That won´t generate more sales though because said person was already going to get the GWPs anyways and if he/she would buy on day one, two, or three won´t play a role for Lego.

Actually surprised to see dragon there, as not sure how they would make a CMF out of it but I do hope Donkey is included with Shrek and we get one of the kids for the Dragon, though depending on how they are doing here I wouldn´t be surprised if the dragon comes on its own.

How many people would really do that? In the end only people that expect a high price for the GWP and are going to sell it off to reduce the price of the main set that way - and the buyers are mainly people who missed out on the GWP because it sold out fast. Compared to that, the amount of Sets they would have sold but didn´t because the GWP just wasn´t there anymore (or even the main Set) is far bigger than what they would be selling more to some people that don´t care about the GWP anyways. That would make even less sense because if you expect them to have the GWP avaiable for every Set sold, you would need to know how many of the Set you are ever going to produce, which is just not possible.
