  1. I'm thinking of it in a "Legion of Doom" kind of sense. They're all villains. They all work on their own (except Adam Acid, Retox, and Toxitikia), but they're temporarily banding together under the direction of an idea-centric villain who they may not exactly work for, but respect, fear, or are intrigued enough by to take direction from temporarily, hoping that if they pool their resources, the job might pay off. As for Ninjago tie-in... I know this will be unpopular, but I sure hope not. Ninjago is a great series with a lot of sci-fi/fantasy elements, and it's very good at what it does, but Ultra Agents doesn't really seem to mesh with Ninjago's mysticism. I'm hoping the hooded figure is either a new character, a return of an established villain (I have three I'd particularly love to see), or never revealed at all (it could be anyone, even you!). Of course, there's also the possibility it's Omega from Clutch Powers.
  2. Henchmen. Adam Acid shares enough design similarities with Retox that I'm confident to guess they're part of a team.
  3. Anecdotal: I know a pair of boys who fight over who gets to put the stickers on their new LEGO sets. But really, I'm pretty sure it's a cost-saving measure. And I'm totally okay with that.
  4. Even though I said I wouldn't, I went by my local TRU yesterday, and.... They didn't have any new stuff in. My wallet audibly breathed a sigh of relief as we left empty-handed.
  5. Wanted to try my luck at going and picking one or two of these up tomorrow, but I just spent an embarrassing amount on Power Functions stuff on S@H for my son's birthday at the end of the month. Sadface.
  6. I like stickers, and the transparent back-grounded ones are my favorite. I am aware this is an unpopular opinion.
  7. Pretty sure those are meant to be extra ammo for his cannons, and they just stuck 'em there because they fit.
  8. Can I have your stickers, then? That way I can put them on a whole bunch of MOCs.
  9. If bricks are placed incorrectly, instead of just deleting them and leaving me to figure out what's gone, I'd like the error message to tell me what's been removed, or maybe a thumbnail of the part or something. You guys told me how to figure out what was missing once a while back and it was super helpful until I forgot how to do it and now I'm like .
  10. Sorted minifig heads in there once. I was ill, and had a lot of organizing to do.
  11. Most of them are young and convinced that with the right attention, they could be the next "Big Thing". So they usually try to get as much exposure as possible, without any real regard to how they may come off to the person they are requesting it from.
  12. If I am directly drawing inspiration from another builder's MOC, I'll tell you. If I'm drawing from their style (i.e. "What would Peter Morris build?"), I'll credit it if I think the design lives up to their example. More often that not, though, I'll use System sets as inspiration. I've had a few people contact me privately insisting I credit their NPUs or Minifig combos, but most of the time they are builders I am not familiar with. So that gets a little weird.
  13. I built it, it was mostly fun. Left the apples an carrots out of the barncopter because I kept dropping them. Had a bit of a laugh posing the mech on my shelf, but it's at my storage location and I haven't messed with it much. The larger Micro Manager is pretty similar to the one in Metalbeard's Duel, but I built them far enough apart for it not to feel repetitive.
  14. This is the saddest realization I've had all day. They were so great.
  15. Terror, from Marvel Comics' Terror, Inc.
  16. Yes, this! Like how eating a lot of hi-protein stored fast food gives you 6-pack abs so good you grow an organic jet pack. Sometimes it doesn't all have to be super-realism and grimdark motivations. That one guy's head is on fire and the computer virus guy would be the thing that makes it seem dumb?
  17. Infearno is my favorite of the bunch. I'll mod the heck out of his suit and build him a bigger vehicle when I get my creepy claws around him, though. I like Terabyte (TerrorByte?) while he's in his mech, but he looks like he's about to injure his neck while he's out of it. I really like the Toxic Trio because I think they'll go great with Dr. D. Zaster from Agents 2.0, but that means I'm judging them on compatibility instead of their own merits, and I'm too intellectually uninvested to separate them. Guy in the tank looks a little too much like Ram-Man for my tastes, and I'm still on the fence about Psyclone (and probably will be until I see a picture of hat he looks like without the helmet on).
  18. They had a LEGO Soccer event or something, and threw out all the unused pieces when it was over. Bunch of Johnny Thunder heads, that "Classic Smiley, but with Eyebrows" head, tan generic hair, black generic hair, and more white bodies/legs with yellow hands than anyone could ever need. I grabbed it because why wouldn't I? Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the three sets in June, although I think I like the construction mech the most. The S,S,S! is pretty great, but it almost looks like it would be awkward to SWOOSH, and the dropship is pretty neat, but a bit boxy in the end.
  19. I have something like 30 original JT heads I got in a dumpster behind a Toys 'R' Us once. I'm kind of looking forward to the new one just for that minor change.
