  1. Date of coming review is here http://brickgarage.blogspot.ru/2013/06/41999.html
  2. Thank you guys. I used the same tchniques while building Sunset that I used in Boss: same panels. It is strange that in this post noone noted this cool truck by Pipasseyoyo: detailed supercar in middle scale. We have similar colours and use the same panels to build body. But my detalisation is very simple: no front bar, no additional lamps...My goal was body on fast chassis. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?i=5779303 It was posted in the same time when I finished and tested my Sunset:)
  3. It is very simple. Sure, you can make it:) Thank you. It can be wilder with another tires indoor;)
  4. Hi everybody, Here is my light remote controlled buggy motor powered trophy truck:) More photos and description in my blog. Http://Brickgarage.blogspot.com English translation of description by google here: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=ru&sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fbrickgarage.blogspot.ru%2F2013%2F06%2Fsunset.html
  5. How could you generate so many different ideas? I can do only cars:))) Very cool, especially controls, like simulator.
  6. Looks like tire's thread pattern is deeper than I have see before!? What can you say?
  7. I see that section is not filled yet. Co-creation link transfers to designers blog...?!
  8. There is a huge update of LEGO Technic section at lego.com http://www.us.lego.com/en-us/technic/
  9. May be rotating superstructure was made non-motorized to prvent damage if someone want to rotate it by hand, cause worm gear (only way to rotate so heavy construction) is a one way gear.
  10. Effe, stop building:)))you better to go to driving school:))))) Liebe Kinder, nicht fahren wie Herr Efferman machen:)
  11. Ok,:) waiting for progress and cool videos!
  12. Hope that body will not destroy all drifting performance. For me better drifting chassis is small with 43 tyres, without suspension and ONE buggy motor. One of the reasons- scale speed of small car is much better other reason - it is hard to drift with bigscaled car indoor, and it is also dangerous for parts. Small cars with bigger scaled speed is better controllable. So the fun is higher with small scaled cars. Sure you will come to this conclusion later;) Did you see my drifting car?
  13. Ok, if there is a insufficient supply of liftarms or price raised at BL - all we understand: our Holland big bro processing new boat:D
  14. Cool. Scale will be about 1:8 -1:9, right? Why don you build frame and chassis first?
  15. Performance is really fantastic, but... Adding third party overvolted battery is not a big science. I can say "wow" if you will do real-look body on that chassis. i used pure lego LiPo batteries with standard 7,2 v in my "bodied" models - and the perform drift well. So, Why dont you build a finished model with this chassis? You can use flex axles to make forms and it will be still light enough to burnout.
  16. Here is express motorization of Prado Quick motorizing of Toyota Prado, that I am planned since building this MOC. V6 engine, gearbox and transferbox was unmounted to free space for electrics. For mototrizing I used 2xl - 1 xl per axle. Servo motor for steering. This motorization was made just for easy driving. There are some issues of bad performance: 1. Rear wheels touch the arches when suspension is compressed. I have to use little bit smaller tires (90 mm is best). So touching arches brake the model at obstacles where rear suspension compresses. 2. Small torque. Motors connected to wheels with 20:28 differential gearing. I tried some reduction before diffs (12:20) - this gives slipping of small gears in differential on load. 3. There is no wheel portal gearings and no possibility to install them here.
  17. Great. The only minus I see : under the weight you will got negative camber which may be the reason of disconnecting CV joints. But you model will be small looking to the wheels size. Hope everything will be fine;)
