Effe, in my mind you are the man with always dirty tires:))) real mud driver;) that is not bad, just noticed that you always test your cars outdoor. Yesterday I received 20x30 tires. They are equal to 62.2 as you noticed. Thread pattern is better for offroad than 62's, but rubber is too old and hard as plastic. Grip is bad, sad. But they drift well:)

I will built your chassis! Dont you think that all weight is distributed to the back? What about placing servo motor at the front under the hood of model?

Normal ground clearance;) If you want larger ground clearance, Take a look at aftermarket rc4wd 1.55 Baja MTZ scale tires or 1.55 dirt grabber tires (83 and 76 mm diameter) you also can watch this: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=4266c02 http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=3739c01 I dont know their diameter, but it seems they larger than 62's. Hope you build strong and effective chassis like you do it for big G.
