    Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I completely disagree :D But that's the power of Lego, you can modify it to your liking. I love the cargo there, classic colonizers :D Could you share a photo of that figure head! It has never crossed my mind to make it in tan, but it looks awesome!

    I really dislike the short legs because you cannot style them. but wouldn't mind the mid-legs. it is what it is, I like the new minifig, cannot wait till they're in stock

    So apparently some shops are already selling the new CMF wave, one of the Reddit users bought a whole box and started posting photos of each fig. The new Pirate minifig below, for now taken from the insert page, but I'm waiting for him to send me a photo of the minifig once he finds one, he got quite a few duplicates of other minifigs, I guess the Pirate one will be quite rare? I love the bird and the torso, dual molded arms look great too. Not a big fan of the hair piece. Cool to see the short skirt.

    Wait, I didn't know that's happening! It'll be a pass for me, due to size and price, but I love Goonies, and I hope we will get some elements that can be used for a Pirate setting :)

    That made me think - it would be awesome to get it in gradient variant, sort of like they make Pirate parrots, so for example a blend of yellow and orange.

    So I tried this, and it doesn't work. The bar won't fit into the technic pin. However that made me realise I can use piece 62462 instead:

    Here's a couple of simple upgrades to the boat to make it look better (IMO) - adding a few corner tiles (25269) around the mast AND a a couple of 24246 tiles on top of the cone pieces:

    It's part of this build so add them here :) Also hi, it was me who invited you here, when I saw this set on the other platform I was floored and knew people here will appreciate it. Wonderful MOC/MOD that truly feels like a partner set to POBB :) I'd love to see your take on the Govn's office expansion, as the original Eldorado set had it half-open/half-assed (and the photos you added only a bit of it)

    I find those maps perfect for City sets, but they look a bit goofy for the Pirates IMO

    I really like this simple Pirate set designed by MyFirstMOC-Hun but the way the tree is attached to the rock has been bugging me for a while now. Right now the technic brick with a hole is sort of hovering over the plant piece. Is there a better / cleaner way to attach it behind the slope? Lego's go-to solution is using the 15100 piece: But I'm not sold on it (also it comes in odd colours + it's hard to camouflage) Any ideas are welcome :) https://www.classic-pirates.com/mocs/subtheme/pirates/lonely-island-myfirstmoc
