  1. The sadness is palpable. Great work!
  2. If he got us a third color, then he would be a Legend!!! I won't say no to that!!! If the gunpla is kept light bluish gray (LBG), they could probably skip doing a printed torso since it already came out in the CMF. Is it easy for them to just recolor the air tanks and helmet as LBG? If yes, I think this is the easiest/ path of least resistance for Lego to make the gunpla sheet. I wouldn't mind a blue spaceman as the completed figure 'display'. Especially since it is high in demand. They probably could also weigh this demand against how close the third place vote was for the vending machine. Lastly, I have always wanted them possibly let us complete one of the three colors that have either had an air tank or helmet but with no other parts to complete: pearl dark gray, dark orange, and dark bluish gray.
  3. Now it makes sense! Lego is giving us an (expensive) opportunity to complete the lineup, "Every Classic Spaceman is Awesome". I wondered why bright light blue, and now bright green took precedence over some other unique colors.
  4. Ditto. But I'm hoping someone does MOC that gingerbread house into something more substantial. I would not mind a village. LOL
  5. Both the minifig sets from Wicked are on backorder. I hope this really sends a strong message to Lego that minifigs do sell well. No offense to mini doll lovers. Lego should make those for that segment of the market, but at the same time they should not ignore us minifig lovers.
  6. I know! I do wonder where the torso will be, given the helmet and tanks will be in PAB. Or are we getting a whole fig? Also, we are still waiting for the bright light blue helmet!!!
  7. I think people really want buildings and sceneries with minifigs. The display items are really nice, but people who don’t celebrate CNY cannot really relate to them. Plants however seem to be a different thing.
  8. Yes, the X-Men... the first comic book cover!
  9. You know how the minifig eyes are small and fit neatly in the equally small holes of the animal costume heads? Just a slight twist on that head costume makes it seem like the eyes move, as if they were watching you through a peephole. LOL. I would not put it past Lego to take that Marvel lizard body and just slap on a new headpiece. LOL I'm being sarcastic. Edit: I think the crocodile looks cute. LOL
  10. I guess my next question would be whether the baby could rest on the hand of the larger fig, just like the minifigure versions?
  11. Doesn't he have to appear in a mech, then a vehicle?
  12. I think an Ocean theme would be great, and not just under-the-sea. They could include some Pirates, Castle theme (a new Kraken version), Atlantis, etc.
  13. Thank you!!! Great finds!
  14. Forgot about religious buildings! How about the Corner Garage?
  15. Just for fun, I wonder what modulars is Lego likely to never produce? - Zoo (they have only been making natural habitats for City) - Aquarium/ Oceanarium - Abattoir (I wonder if they might make a meat shop though. LOL) - Bar
  16. I wonder if it will scale well with the buildable red baby space fig.
  17. Slightly OT, but does anyone have any suggestions for actual books (illustrated fairy tale books) that would look good sandwiched between either the Villains set, or the Wicked set? I bought some volumes of LOTR and will put the Balrog book nook in between there.
  18. I wonder if Animal Crossing will be the theme that gives us the missing red-orange plain legs?!?
  19. Yes, the masks that feature the whole face has a more wholesome, or even "party" vibe to it!
  20. Amazing collection! Thanks for sharing!
  21. I won't say no to that! But I guess they may also be trying to protect the value of the older minifigs?
  22. I just love those hanging monsters. LOL
