  1. Really? As low as 23kg or would I be ok with that? Out of interest, what is the limit?
  2. Same. There aren't many six wide vehicles of that 30s-50s era, which is what I consider the modulars to be set in.
  3. I've seen a few videos of that place, and would love to go one day. I'd have to travel with no luggage going out, to fill my allowance coming back!
  4. Sadly these are production codes. I think the first number might be the day of the week (but could be something else, perhaps the packing machine, or something related to the boxes, compared to the previous bags?), the next two numbers are the production week of the year, the letter is the facility, the final number is the year i.e. 2023. So they won't be useful to find figures at all.
  5. Or you could look at it and say that if the LEGO sets have sold well, despite the movie being a flop, then maybe LEGO are OK to make Indiana Jones sets in the future without there being a movie tie-in. If LEGO thinks they can only do sets with associated media, then it will be a very long time before they even consider it again. If ever.
  6. Thanks! That looks like a great pack. Now, let's hope it's released worldwide, unlike that winter wonderland one...
  7. Ooh really? That's exciting! Or are you speculating?
  8. They could, but they wouldn't. They'd go with the main cast. Having said that, I was surprised what they did with Marvel series 1 and 2, so you never know, they could do it based on non-movie characters. It would be nice to be wrong!
  9. I also think that if they did CMFs, it would be a lot of repetition. Battle packs and small dioramas would likely offer a greater range, with the ability to army build for suitable figures.
  10. I still feel like I don't have enough Owen minifigures. Could definitely do with a few more shoehorned into sets at random. Some more movie sets would be awesome, as you say. Original trilogy, ideally.
  11. Nothing new. BrickClicker mentioned it again in a video recently, but no additional information or specifics.
  12. I would love some sets from the Animated Series. I agree that the 1989 stuff can take a break for a while. The art style of the Animated Series is terrific and could look awesome in some decent sets.
  13. I know they're expensive, but I do rather like the Star Wars dioramas, so I could get behind this too.
  14. When they redid the PaB/B&P sites, one of the points made was that everything qualified for GWPs (where previously Bricks & Pieces hadn't). That lasted a month or two (I think), before they started adding terms to the new GWPs: Pick a Brick (Standard) orders are not valid for this promotion. So I suspect that will continue for this too. Although I also recall some people getting the GWP through achieving the threshold with PaB (Standard), if they ordered some Bestseller parts or sets. So who knows what the system allows compared to the terms and conditions. It's also noted in Brickclicker's latest video. The Galileo GWO will be 40595, 307 pieces, available from Nov 1. A chance that it could be earlier, but that appears to be the date.
  15. It feels like the kind of thing they could do now, with the 18+ adult focus for many sets. Futurama has a big enough fan base to warrant it, and you could do a very funky Planet Express ship that would be iconic enough for people to want. But equally there are so many other things that are probably higher on the list for them to do.
  16. The owl looks good. From the original blurred images, I wondered if was brick-built like a porg!
  17. I really like the space roller coaster, but I already have the pirate one, and I don't know if this is sufficiently different to warrant getting it too.
  18. If you watch the video, I got the distinct impression he was assuming it to be the case based on the leaked survey photos, and was speculating. The language was definitely ambiguous. So I don't think this confirms anything more strongly.
  19. I saw the 3 in 1 Creator Viking ship on clearance at Target for $60. There were several available and I was tempted to get two, but just did the one, as it's not as versatile as other large Creator 3 in 1s, and I already have one from original release when Target sold it at $100 just before the price bump. That gives me a long ship and a cabin, to go along with the village.
  20. Well, the sets are released, and nothing new. Although seeing the Walmart clearances recently has made me hold off on getting any (except the $20 Jeep) and waiting for a decent discount next year, or possibly even Black Friday, as the Jurassic World sets seem to be on clearance more than most others. I got a flock of Gallimimus on varying deals of 20-40% off last year. Should I consider a herd of Brachiosaurus? No. But I'd be more tempted to get one.
  21. Giant insects closing in on the village, being valiantly defended by the Vikings?!
  22. That's impressive rare finds. Do you do anything with them, or is it just a cool part to have?
  23. I think no one liked the price, the app, or the lack of sets (in the first year). I feel like people really liked the figures, and the sets that came later. But by the time the sets came, it was too late, the theme had tanked, and the price and terrible app functionality turned off enough casual LEGO buyers that it couldn't continue. And being in boxes rather than bags meant people opened them to find the figure they wanted. I see the same with the Mario character packs too.
