    I'm actually not too sure if it's the real deal, but I'm loving it. It looks like a huge step up from Corner Garage and Bookshop.

    Nicely done. I really like the mix of light and dark green leaves.

    There are some similarities but I don't think they are too similar. There are many parts that are done different.

    Simply amazing! I'd just change the back with trans-yellow tiles so it looks more like a classic space one.

    My definition for modulars is that they are able to connect with each other. The original product was actually able to connect to modulars, but that changed in the final product...

    Looks like an excellent start! For the wheels, I think you could use 42070's.

    It usually is, but this is a pretty big GWP to be honest.

    We get a corner modular every 3 years, so I'm assuming we'll get one in 2022.

    Then my best guess is that it's a collaboration set between Chris McVeigh and Jamie Berard... but I don't know for sure
