    Boy, do I hear you there. Space always had colored canopies. This clear stuff is just weird. Or even worse they could use transparent orange like in Mars Mission. Orange is just not a heroic color, in my opinion.

    I think it's a misinterpretation of something Stafford said on Reddit. I remember him talking about designing new sets, but I'm pretty sure he didn't mention Space.

    Yeah, they need to just do it. It's now or never. There's a lot of momentum behind it, with Benny & his Spaceship, the Exo Suit, the Lego Space Book, and the Classic Spaceman with Robot. They're never going to have this much momentum ever again for a (Neo) Classic Space relaunch. It's really this simple: They release a space theme every few years. Would it really hurt them to make the sets blue & grey with yellow windscreens and include the Classic Space symbol? No, it wouldn't. It would be stupid not to.

    I'm hoping after the success of Benny and the Exo-Suit that Lego is scrambling to put together a wave of classic space sets, but they just haven't gotten it ready yet.

    An old pic of the Space Miner had a Classic Space with Drill print on the shoulder. I wonder if it's still going to have that print?

    Okay, the Ice Planet one is fantastic. I think the trans red slopes that make up the chain saw should technically face the same way all the way around.

    Everything here is excellent. I also love the backgrounds with the grids. That just screams "Sci-Fi" to me. Maybe it's an 80's thing? But I love it. Lego needs to bring that back.

    Thanks m0dulo! I tried to fix the little bits there that were falling apart, but then I realized they didn't look that cool anyway, IMO, so I replaced them with shielding.

    I hope the new mold is the same as the old one, unlike the crappy new Space Gun/Torch mold (Bricklink part 86208) which isn't nearly as cool as the old Space Gun/Torch (3959).

    I'm having a hard time believing there won't be a classic space reboot of some sort. I feel like we are getting little clues. - We have the non-cracked old helmet on Benny on the front of the Spaceship Spaceship Spaceship box. Did they remake the old helmet without the crack? Is this a tease? - We have the classic white spaceman and robot reward set. - There's a little mini classic space ship in the new Christmas set. I'm telling you man. I think something is up.

    I think this is Lego's excuse for cheaping out. I don't think any kid would choose stickers over printed parts.

    I support this but I worry that it's too similar to Benny's SSS to be selected. But if it does get all the votes it should tell Lego something -- bring back space!
