Looking good! Maybe you can use grill pieces instead of flat tiles though? -

This part is an illegal build, its probably a different build. Nice work everywhere else, thanks! Edit: Actually- it can be built like that if the dbg pins are pushed out, then the lbg angle connector dropped in, then the dbg pins pushed in. but I don't think thats likely. -

Awesome work @R0Sch! Can you share a photo of the underside/provide the file you have so far? I want to take a good look at this one... -
Honestly, I don't get it either... Not having external wires to break is good. But having a presumably non replacable battery? Seriously not cool. How about a system with plugs like the 9v system so wires breaking is not an issue... Doesn't seem that hard to me. Maybe wireless motors is the next big thing though.

It will only be rear wheel drive. Theres a few hints. The reddish brown cross axle holding the front wheels. But also, if you zoom in on this image you can see the lower towball of the wheel hubs is DBG, so it will be using this piece, same as in 42124... Because of the scale I can forgive it though. -

Good idea. I think the dodge would actually look better in a smaller scale. As for the skyline, I think suspension is something I'd accept letting go if as a trade off for keeping AWD in the skyline. -

Honestly I think thats better. The ball joint suspension is never satisfactory to me, it takes lots of space, isn't fully realistic, and the suspension doesn't really operate that smoothly. At least on the ford raptor, that is. 9398 was okay. I think if they're gonna do it in an unrealistic way, why not at least make sure it works well? Of course, this is all assuming that the pendular suspension functions properly... -
[WIP] - 4WD RC Buggy

Aha- it really is a beast of a machine with a lot to learn from. Two motors on one port should just mean each motor gets half the power from my experience... is your buwizz pretty new? Mine are from 2019 or earlier I think. Anyway, cool project, I hope you get something you're happy with at the end of it. -

That chassis looks awfully familiar... Will you run it on 1 or 2 buwizz units? I only see 1 in the photo, and 1 will struggle a lot to power 4 L motors. I built the Greyhound using 2 buwizz 2.0s (admittedly mine are old now) and it was really lacking in power. Maybe you could use the new really hard springs like from the daytona, mclaren, peugeot, etc. -
We could probably make a reasonably accurate estimate based on the repeated subassemblies and such. If anyone knew the part count (I havent read the whole thread) that would help too. As for the metal frame, I'm sure with enough budget anything is possible- maybe a whole metal dinosaur! Where would you put it...
