    The Hoth AT-ST was always in ESB (Source): Joe Johnston: It’s one of the models that was designed through kit bashing. . . I basically was making the prototype and making it in three-dimensional form instead of doing sketches first. I finished the model, I showed George, he liked the design a lot. He said, “That’s great, but we don’t have any time.” This was very near the end of the VFX process, so we didn’t know how we were actually going to have time to get this thing into any shot in the movie. But George says, “You know, we’ll use it in the sequel. We’ll use it in the next film”. . . So Phil Tippett came in and said. . . “What if I took the model, took it apart, and attached the pieces to a stop motion armature? We can build an armature super-fast because it was just basically these aluminum arms.” He said, “I think we’ll have time to get it into a few shots.” So he did that. . . He was able to get it into one shot in the background, where it’s just sort of cruising through. . . That’s the only shot we had time to get it into.

    The Hoth AT-ST is actually slightly different from the regular/Endor model. Hoth: Regular: These are the parts for the 2014 Kashyyyk Troopers Battle Pack, and since the 41st Scout's legs appear to use the old design rather than the new one, I assume that this is just an error.

    "Oh, right - Okay, You to H4 and Zaria to G4." "Not likely - If that cube's as delicate as most skin is, it would've disintegrated from its own power. It has to be strong enough to withstand a blast, if it's been powering the train's reactor - Which it has." Yelana shrugged, smirking just a bit. "I mean. . . it's unconventional, but it's not impossible. And I agree we need to start thinking outside the box - What we've been doing just is not going to work."

    The AT-ST sounds interesting, since it is 18+, it may include two drivers seated side-by-side (which would be a first). Regarding the price, the Mando AT-ST Raider was $50 and included four Minifigs and no side builds, so a similarly-sized Hoth AT-ST with 4-5 Minifigs, a Minifig display stand (similar to the one in the Battle Pack), and a P-Tower side build could easily be $60. For the Minifig breakdown, my guess is: AT-ST Driver (Mudtrooper/Veers helmet) - 2x, Snowtrooper Commander - 1x, Snowtrooper - 1x, Hoth Rebel Trooper - 1x.
