Making her way back into the Economy car, Yelana glanced towards the man in the black-and-green outfit. "<Scan him - Get me an ID.>" "<SCANNING. . . >" As she walked down the aisle, Yelana noticed Zaria standing by the briefcase and looking around the car before finally settling her eyes on a bottle opener on the snack cart. After quickly ensuring that no one was watching her, Yelana made eye-contact with Zaria, winking at her with a smirk. "<Activate Cloak Matrix.>" "<CLOAK MATRIX ACTIVE.>" Casually slipping the bottle opener off of the cart and into a pocket on her belt, Yelana deactivated her cloak and scanned the car for any signs that she had been seen. "Hey, chill, dude! Wow. . . " Yelana took a step away from Soren and glanced down at her hands. OoC Continuity Note: "Eww. . . " Quickly replacing the grate, Yelana leaned back against the surprisingly non-soundproof washroom door. "<Enhance audio.>" "<ENHANCING. . . >" Having heard enough, Yelana splashed some water over her hands and stepped out of the washroom. Flicking her fingers a bit to shake off the water, she quickly left the dining car.

"Oh, oops - Sorry!" Yelana opened the door to the washroom on the right and stepped in. Once inside, she locked the door and scanned the room for any openings to the other stall. Holding her hand over the sink, she allowed her suit to repel the oil from her hand. "<Enhance audio.>" "<ENHANCING. . . >" OoC:

"Oh, no. . . Thanks - Which one did you say was occupied, again? Yelana crosses the room and attempts to open the washroom on the left. OoC:

Good catch! That is definitely her Stealth Suit, since the only (Steve Rogers) Captain America suit to have silver stripes there is his Stealth Suit. -

"<. . . wait - Again, or still? Shit. . . Keep me updated - Fennix out.>" As Yelana makes her way through the Business Class car, she notices the Elf that Zaria mentioned earlier. "Hmmm. . . <Enhance visual and audio.>" "<ENHANCING. . . >" Yelana walked into the dining car just as a strange light flashed by. Flicking her eyes around the room, she tried to see if anyone else had noticed, before leaning against the counter beside Soren. "Hey." "At least you can get White Knight to mod your chat - If you're not a corp, top-twenty, or have a side-gig that's not ad-friendly, the comments can be a real shitshow." Yelana reached behind Soren to take a piece of popcorn, then tossed it into her mouth - Then found herself barely able to chew! "Ughlp! What the?! That is disgusting! All I can taste is salt, and it's absolutely drowning in grease! Reminds me of that pasta salad. . . "Yelana gagged, then waved toward the O'Kor'uk server. "Do you happen to know where the restroom is? I need to wash my hands." OoC:

"Yeah, I heard it - Don't get any ideas. We're already in headless-guy-tied-up-in-a-soundproof-room territory, and we only just got on the damn train! Let's not make this any weirder." "I'll make it work."

@Waterbrick Down: Which is the correct spelling: "Quarm" or "Quaarm"? The former is what is in the Embassy thread, but you have used the latter in Mission #1. Additionally, a character note: Yelana wears a nano-adaptive armoured bodysuit, so technologies that she acquires can simply be integrated with her existing gear and controlled via her visor. This is what I was trying to describe in my most recent post. Also, do multiples of the same item (e.g. Plasma Potions) fill multiple slots in a character's Inventory, or just one? I am not sure if we addressed this during development. 🤔

Yelana hits the Cloaking Generator against the storage bin, finally managing to access the internal components. Extracting the processor and emitter, she turns away from the party and places the pieces onto her forearm. "<Integrate with existing systems and file under 'Cloak Matrix'.>" "<INTEGRATING. . . >" Yelana's armour began to flicker like pixels on a screen, rippling outwards from her arm, before returning to normal. "<INITIALISING CLOAK MATRIX. . . READY>" "<Activate.>" "<CLOAK MATRIX ACTIVATED>" At her command, Yelana became shimmeringly translucent (though at the cost of some of her visor's passive sensor capabilities). Taking a small pyramidal object out of her pocket and allowing it to unfold, she scanned Abam and Maba's Credits into her wallet. Yelana quickly replaced the device into a pocket on her belt. "<Deactivate Cloak Matrix.>" "<CLOAK MATRIX DEACTIVATED>" OoC: Yelana walked back over to Zaria. "One - We never found out why they were on the train in the first place, Two - Keeping a prisoner gives us a plausible reason to ask questions, and Three - We might even be able to get him to cooperate with us. I never said we shouldn't tie his hands - We should definitely do that!"
-
"Some, not all of it! I'd still need to hack the door, and. . . " Yelana took a deep breath. "Maybe you're right - I can get a little anxious when things go off the rails like this." "Uuuuuh. . . ?" Yelana takes the Cloaking Generator out of her backpack and fiddles idly with it, breaking pieces of the casing off as she does so. "No need to split up - Our car is Business Class. And don't forget the second merc team - We need to keep an eye out for them, too." Yelana pauses as she takes the Plasma Potion. "Don't worry about him - We'll keep him with us for the rest of the trip. I doubt he'll try anything with Zaria around! By the way, did you happen to see a couple guys in black cloaks? I saw a few hanging around the station before we left, kinda sus. It may be nothing, but it's a connection we should probably check out. Oh - And I didn't catch your name."

I would have agreed last week, but considering how TBB is going, I cannot rule out an appearance by non-Clone Imperial Shock Troopers at some point! -
LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Classic_Spaceman replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
They look much better and less oversized in-person, and the textures/shaping/proportions are far more accurate to their on-screen counterparts. Additionally, I have found that the printing on the new helmets is better and more consistent than it was on the old ones (which varied almost as much as the actual ANH props!). -

"Okay, like, I get that, and agree we should be standing up for people who can't protect themselves, but Maba wasn't a threat until you and Soren provoked him. I had the situation under control. . . And you could've just knocked him out. And you're right, I don't know much about Varuth, so I'm sorry if I offended you. I'd like to know more, if you'd be willing to tell me." "Well, I normally just aim for their junk. And I'm not a pacifist - I'm a sniper, I - " The knock at the door interrupted Yelana's monologue. "I'll handle this." Yelana picked up the grey bag of clothes from the floor and threw it against the door as she walked over. "Hang on a sec! Ugh! We ran into a couple stowaways - They attacked us, and one's still breathing. Give us a few more minutes to mop him up - Ow! Dick!" Yelana kicked her heel against the adjacent cargo bin, causing a metallic 'clang' to punctuate her deception. She turned back to her companions and lowered her voice. "We need to hurry - This may be our only chance to find the package - if it's in here - so we need to split up. I'll look through this bin, Soren, check the other one, Zaria, shelves."

"Zaria! What the hells?! We were trying to incapacitate him, not goddamn decapitate him! What is wrong with you?" "And Soren: Back. Off. You've done enough damage as it is!" Yelana turns back to Zaria. "So that's it, then? Just tell Varuth 'Oh, hey. I sent someone your way - Be nice to them, since I sure as shit wasn't'? Doesn't he have something to say about how to treat wayward travellers?" Yelana snatches the Cloaking Generator out of Zaria's hand and puts it into her backpack. "<Medical scan - Can we stabilise him?>" "<SCANNING. . . >" OoC:

". . . Shit. It was worth a try." "Wait - I have a better idea! Zaria, Rally me; Soren, Defend Zaria - I'll handle Maba." "<Target locked.>"
-
Yelana lowered her voice. "Alright, I've got an idea. Zaria, grab that pack from the middle shelf and drop it on Maba - That should disorient him for a sec. I'll see if I can get him to stand down." Resting her rifle on her shoulder, Yelana addressed the conscious half of the Tvilgard. "Enough's enough, Maba; Abam's dead, so this is your last chance - Stand down." OoC:
