There is no set aesthetic for the universe as a whole, but the various factions do have different general appearances (e.g. Blackguard Security uses green-and-black sci-fi/modern-styled military gear, while the O'Kor'uk use more traditional/historical armour designs). Basically anything will fit, as long as it is consistent with the general aesthetics of the group in-question.

"Shit. What the hell's so important to you that you'd rather die than stand down?!" "I know, I know - I've got an idea." Yelana flips her rifle over her shoulder and aims at Abam's knife. "<Target locked.>" OoC:
-
"<. . .Keep me informed. Fennix out.>" "No problem." "I say we hold back - We threatened them, before we even knew their names. Their reaction's pretty understandable, so if we focus on defending ourselves, we might be able to keep this shit from escalating any more." "Watch it, Soren! Not sure what your issue is, but we will be discussing it when I've got the time!" Yelana crossed her arms. "Well? What's your decision?" OoC:

LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Classic_Spaceman replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The Clone appears to be plain white (to me, at least). If it is some shade of orange, it will probably be Bright Light Orange (since that matches the on-screen appearance of P1 Clone Commanders better than LEGO’s yellow does). -
LEGO Star Wars 2021 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!

The back of the box just leaked. I am not sure where the rumour about something being orange came from, since nothing is improperly (or unusually) coloured. -
Swear-Filter Question
Classic_Spaceman replied to Classic_Spaceman's topic in Forum Information and Help
I should clarify why I started this thread! 😬 The only place where I have had any issues with the swear-filter is the Heroica sub-forum. Yelana (my character, for those who are unaware) swears, and I have needed to come up with workarounds for some of her dialogue. This has been mildly irritating, which is why I asked about the rationale behind the filter (and the inconsistencies therein). -
"I was going to suggest a ten percent cut from our job - If you stand down and help us - but if you don't want the creds, I guess that'd be your loss." Yelana glanced around at Zaria and Soren, before looking back at Tvilgards. "You want to revise your offer?" OoC:
-
"That's my plan - Zaria, what's your. . . " "Oh, goddammit! You just had to threaten them!" Yelana pressed her fingertips onto her aching forehead. "Ugh. . . For what it's worth, I'm still open to negotiation - If you are."
-
Why does the forum's swear-filter censor mild profanity, such as "a-s-s" and "b-u-l-l-s-h-i-t" (the latter is quite confusing, as "shit" is not changed)? Eurobricks requires that members be at least 18 years old to join, so presumably the majority of members would have no issue with such words. 😕
-
"'Tvilgards'? Okay." Yelana laughed. "I'm not Space Police - Case-in-point, I'm here, not up some financier's A$S trying to get funding for a new coffee maker!" "Hey, woah! I know that - I'm just trying to protect you. Soren won't shoot me in the back. . . Right, Soren?" "That's putting it a little dramatically, don't you think?" "'Job' is an overstatement - We were just asked to check out some noises. That's all." Yelana raised an eyebrow in response to the irony of Zaria's comment, and adjusted her bun as a pretence for looking away for a moment.
-
"So you're Maba, and the one with the bandana is Abam - Got it. So, what species are you? I haven't met anyone like the two of you before." Yelana paused for a moment. "Sorry, I should've introduced myself - I'm Yelana, that's Zaria, and he's Soren." "What kind of transaction, and with whom, if you don't mind my asking? If it's illegal, that's fine - I'm cool with illegal." "Eh, Soren's really the only trigger-happy one here, but suit yourselves." Yelana took a step forward, positioning herself between Soren and the Abam/Maba twins.
-
"So, 'Maba' and 'Abam', is it? Which one of you is which?" "Take a breath, Soren." Yelana turned to face the paired figure. "You know, I actually buy that - You're either stowaways, petty thieves, or both. Not a threat to us, so let me ask you: Why do you want to get to Con'stap? And I apologise for my associate's. . . aggression - I don't know what he's been through, but if you take your hand off your blaster, he'll feel more comfortable."
-
Yelana dropped down from the shelf that she was standing on and stepped out of the alcove. "Take it easy, Soren - There's no need to start a fight."
-
Yelana braces herself between the two shelves as she tries again to lift the pack. "Ugh. . . Zaria, I could really use a hand from the 'gun show' right now!" "Huh? Oh, that's just the code language I use to communicate with my visor - It doesn't translate, but it's nothing bad." Yelana peered around from between the shelves to look at Soren. "Reactor room, probably. Standard layout of the train is two seating cars, a dining car, a baggage car, the reactor, and the engine - And talking to the attendant was Zaria's idea, not mine. I just think if we're going that route, we'll need a cover story. And it does make sense - Basically any power source can be rigged to explode." Upon hearing the voices behind her, Yelana whipped her head around. "<Run species identification and cross-reference with our database.>" "<ANALYSING. . .>" "Um, hi? Can we help you? Also, who, exactly, are you?"
-
"Nope. . . Okay." Tossing the backpack to the side, Yelana reached for the pack on the top middle shelf. "I might need a little help with this. Zaria?" "Let me look at that. . . Kinda weird, since I haven't seen any children on the train." OoC:
-
"It's big, and it's different from most of the other bags in here - We don't know what the package is, but it probably needs specialised containment of some kind." "What would we tell him? Maybe we could make up some shit about New Force terrorists planting a bomb on the train. . . That would give us an excuse to poke around, ask questions, and that sort of thing. Actually, I like that - Let's do that!" "Shit - <Enhance audio.>" "<ENHANCING. . .>" OoC:
-
Are actions that combine checks possible? For instance, could Yelana pickpocket the card (Sleight-of-Hand), scan it (Coding/Perception), then put it back (Sleight-of-Hand), all in the same action? Probably, since I will scour any image for potentially-useful information (I actually suspect that I know who the hooded O'Kor'uk works for, but I am not sure how to bring it up in-character (due to their lack of a uniform)).
-
"<Deactivate Night Mode.>" "<NIGHT MODE DEACTIVATED>" "Alright - Still not sure what we're looking for, but I've got some ideas. I'll check that grey case - Zaria, grab the pack from the top middle shelf. And just to be sure, <Scan for lifesigns.>." "<SCANNING. . .>"
