  1. Yeah, I think we unfortunately aren’t getting an AT-TE. My hope is just that maul and Ahsoka are in either the AAT or something January 2021.
  2. Yeah, it is annoying we never got him, but I doubt we ever will. Why $137 specifically though? LEGO marvel I think has only had 3 sets over $130, so you should probably be fine there if they ever did make a bald thanos set.
  3. That's pretty cool, I love the lego hand print on the chest.
  4. Yeah, I was struggling a bit since the film came out so recently compared to most of the other ones. I...don't know what to say, that's quite alot of sets! I could see most of these selling great, although "air taxi" and "valurum's shuttle" might not have much appeal to kids. It's insane we still don't have a lucrehulk, though, and overall, this is a great list. I'd think we're most likely to see the trade federation vehicles, which is fine by me if they're anything like what you've come up with. Continuing my film set list that started with ESB (I guess I'm going through all the films/shows, and it's not entirely in order), I'll do the last jedi. Not my favorite film, but it wasn't outright terrible (IMO would have been a much better film if instead of canto bight Finn, Rose, and Poe snuck onto the star destroyer from the outset.) Microfighters: Resistance Bomber ($9.99): Paige Tico First order dreadnought ($9.99): General Hux AT-ST battle ($19.99): microfighters of both the normal and decapitated AT-ST, Phasma, BB-8, and Finn (disguise) Battle Packs: Crait troopers ($14.99): 2x resistance trooper (crait), 1x resistance heavy (crait), 1x resistance officer (crait). Build is a small trench with turret. First Order troops ($14.99): 2x first order snowtrooper, 1x first order heavy trooper, 1x first order officer. Build is an oversized speeder bike Duel: Duel on crait ($19.99): Kylo ren, Luke skywalker. Build is similar to starkillar base, but without the trees and with a catapult type function to represent when they're all shooting at luke. $20-30 location set: Raddus briefing ($24.99): Poe, Holdo, Leia. Build is the Raddus's bridge. Other sets: Canto Bight Chase ($39.99): Canto bight police speeder/ship thing and a brick-built fathier. Comes with Finn, Rose, and 2 canto bight officers. Ski Speeder ($49.99): Smaller ski speeder than 2018 set with Poe, a resistance trooper, General Hux, and a first order snowtrooper. Attack on Crait ($79.99): Actual First Order AT-ST,not decapitated, and a crait trench with turret. Comes with a first order driver, 2 first order stormtroopers, a resistance trooper, resistance officer, and Rey. First Order AT-AT ($139.99): First Order AT-AT (Not M6 or MA), 2 first order drivers, General Hux, Kylo Ren, 2 first order stormtroopers, Finn, and 2 resistance heavies. UCS/MBS: UCS TIE Silencer ($199.99): Kylo Ren
  5. ugh. Hopefully they're thicker than they look, but I can't see these selling better than brickheadz
  6. Thank you for the kind words! I might try to do an empire at war edition when my bricklink orders come in, along with drmuttonchop's suggestions
  7. Changed my mind, the bars don't stick out as much as I thought they would, they look pretty good. That P2 clone especially needs to be an upcoming brick sketch, I'd buy so many.
  8. Idk, Blue Steel and Hot Rod sound like they'd be "cooler" to kids than tazer and blazer. I don't really care too much, after all it's just the names on the box (and pretty hilarious names at that), but I'm not sure why they did it.
  9. Yeah, we do need some of those parts to appear more so the bricklink prices aren't so bad, but I kind of like that it's a sort of pixel-by-pixel mosiac. Only thing I can think of is that they've done some research that BB-8 is super popular or something. I could see r2 and threepio, vader and a stormtrooper, etc, down the line. I hadn't thought about that problem with the mosiac, but it's a good point. it's not really something lego could have prevented, since mosaics usually do look like that, but it will be pretty tedious.
  10. There's an image of him without the overalls and looks like he connects to them. Also, from the trailer, you see the "abilities" they get form the overalls, so there's got to be something.
  11. Yeah, I looked through my parts today and I've got about 75%, so I'll need to make a bricklink order, but once I do I'll upload some images.
  12. I doubt it. Only hardcore DC fans really care about the synder cut, and I'd guess the majority of them that buy legos already bought those set. Batman's bricksketch is basic but works, joker's is pretty good.
  13. So, using the fire mario as an example, there's 1 new-for-august-2020 mold that's got a bit of technology in it, a hat mold with no technology but a new mold for the theme, 2 parts of a commonly appearing new mold, and 7 extremely common parts for a total of 11 pieces for $10. That's a PPP of almost a dollar, which is insane. Dimensions wasn't even close to that rough for the pack sets. It's not much different for the other suits. Trousers mold in a different color with some tech in it, new mold for a hat, 2 of the common new mold that's the rounded 4x4 plate-type, and a few common parts.
  14. Reliable leakers have said there'll be a $30, 4 figure set that's a mini hall of armor add-on
  15. Sounds great, 2 new suits is all I really want from this one. We already have blazer and tazer (I still can't get over those names, can the enix suit be "lazer" ) and a new rescue, so this is shaping up to be the best wave in awhile in terms of how many new iron men. Ironic, considering we've had the same variant in almost every set.
  16. They look so good! He'll be fine, he's being supported by the other aim agent who has a large, helicopter-like jetpack that'd be easy for iron man to shoot down, who is armed with a rifle! Because like we see in AoU, regular guns work super well on hulk and the hulkbuster.
  17. I agree, he works as a face but it's only because of how cartoony joker is already. A pheonix or Ledger joker wouldn't work.
  18. First of all, it's only been a few hours, I'm impressed you made even one of these that fast! The angle makes it a bit difficult to see what parts are being used in come places, but the p2 ones especially looks great! IMO a p2 clone on a black background with extra parts to switch out the legion could sell pretty well. Not sold on those bar attachments for the p1 trooper's "mouth", but the rest of the build looks great! I especially like the pilot. The unhelmeted one is about as good as it could be made, but I don't think normal faces are going to work well in this style in general.
  19. That's how he convinces Happy Hogan to let him have the Blazer and Tazer suits Yes! I love the gunmetal color, glad we're getting an iron man helmet in it.
  20. I mean, why does batman get 2 and there aren't any for marvel? Who knows why lego makes the choices they do. My best guess is they're the sequel characters because bb-8 is a really popular character that works well in this style, and the stormtrooper was chosen to "counter" him like joker with batman. We also probably won't see Rey, Luke, Anakin, etc, as masks/helmets/droids always work better in lego. Just look at the helmets, busts, etc. Although based on your previous posts, pfp, and username, I'd guess you are "just biased" towards the prequels . Nothing wrong with having a preferred trilogy as long as you aren't hating on the other ones. They're apparently june releases, which came out of nowhere. Although we're in late may now, so getting SW images is pretty likely going to happen in the upcoming weeks.
  21. Just making sure, as you're one of the most accurate leakers, is this just you legitimately wondering? Same here, I didn't think he'd be in every other set. Watch him start showing up in batman, star wars, harry potter, etc sets. The names "blazer" and "tazer" are the greatest things i've heard this entire month. Can we get a disney+ show about them piloted by Luis and the teacher from spider-man homecoming?
  22. 5ct/pc wouldn't just be "not that bad", it'd be amazing, and it's probably due to the amount of 1x1 pieces that will be in the set.
  23. The Monkey Kid sets seem unrealistically overpriced to me even when compared to the marvel and star wars sets,. They really are! The tower looks amazing, and those figures are great too! I'm tempted to get it big-time, but the $90 price tag is tough. It's not overpriced, but it's expensive, and I'm already planning on getting most of the august star wars wave. I'll be holding off on the hulkbuster too, it looks like a scaled up version of the $10 mech, and while it does look like the comic set, the fact that it's a new, comic rescue takes away it's draw for me. (which is ironic, as it's an objective plus to the set as a whole, I was just wanting to get the MCU rescue without getting that stupid helicopter.) The bust is fine, about what I expected on par with the star wars ones. It's got flaws, but isn't awful.
  24. Thank you for all the great feedback! I'll definitely be updating this with your suggestions. To answer your questions: The canon version's front is a bit more angular, but using 6091 would certainly remove those gaps, and since I used some bits of the legends model in other places, I'll try that out. If you mean the 4x4 rounded plate with hole, the part does come in trans-clear, and that would look pretty cool to see the driver in there. There are some controls, though I now realize you can't see them in the image, but there are 2 1x2 tiles with control panel patterns a bit below the driver's hands. I'm using a 4x4 turntable with a rounded 4x4 plate, which is a bit clunkier, but the friction means it's easier to pose.
  25. These look pretty cool, though I prefer the helmets, these are certainly cheaper. Yeah, a maul and ahsoka pairing or r2 and vader or something could be cool.
