  3. Here's an older topic that might be helpful: Boiler Designs
  4. Here's a link to a tutorial showing you how to embed images from Flickr. Flickr Tutorial
  5. Very nice! I actually prefer the real version - that one orange tile works great as weathering!
  6. Nice job using the undersides of plates for wall texture! Looks good.
  7. My prediction for next year: UCS Mouse Droid...life-size with power functions!
  8. Beautiful! The roof, the rock work...and how about those diagonal tiles!

  10. Very cool! Nice job getting those angles on the wings.
  11. That's fantastic! I especially like the technique used for the bay window.
  12. I'd like to see an elevated train set that includes a Forney-type locomotive similar to those used on New York's elevated railway in the late 19th century.
  13. Well done! I like how you achieved opening doors while keeping such a small gap. It's nice to see all the various liveries too.
  14. The building and the carriage look great! Excellent details all around!
  15. That's a lovely station! The roller coaster tracks look really good as roof supports and the dark red color scheme is nice.
  16. Wow - that's both massive and wonderfully detailed! Well done!
  17. @carebear @The Reader @jimmynick Thank you! Thanks! Most of my parts are from the 90s, so I figured I'd stick with the style of that era!

  19. Nice build and story! I like the SNOT techniques for the shore and water.
  20. Nice little shunter! I like the brake van too.
  21. @The Reader Thank you! Here is a picture of the underside - it should give you a better idea of how the hull is constructed: The brown bricks are to fill in gaps when viewed from above. It's surprisingly sturdy; I'm holding it by the mast in the picture. A 3L bar holds the sides together at the bow. For more information, I would refer you to @kurigan's topic here. He came up with the hull technique to begin with.
  22. She looks great with those curved slopes on the hull! Looking forward to seeing your progress!
  23. Great micro-build!
  24. That looks great! I like the half-timbered wall section and the roof technique.
  25. This looks good! The details in the bakery and kitchen really stand out.
