    I was so tempted to pay the extra for delivery, but held off as I usually get stuff super quick from Lego.

    I am so excited by this set. I was born in 1989, and I spent all of the 90’s playing with the pirate and castle sets from that time. And so I spent much of my childhood living by cutlas and flintlock, as I ventured through the seven seas. I loved classic pirates, but I was never drawn to any of the newer pirates sets. Nor was I drawn to the Pirates of the Caribbean sets. I have had two Imperial Flagship sets in the past, and I regret selling both of them. I really enjoyed building the Imperial Flagship, but it didn’t feel like a classic pirates set to me. I really appreciate how this set pays homage to the Black Seas Barracuda, and some of the original pirate characters. I appreciate that this set may not be true to the original Ideas submission, but I think it has evolved into something more. It is my generation that will truly appreciate this set. I’ve ordered mine already. I waited until about 00:30 (UK) this morning to make sure I get mine as soon as possible.

    I ordered mine from Lego S@H UK on Thursday 15th March - dispatched yesterday and Yodel will deliver it by Monday - super excited. If you are in the UK keep an eye on the website, they sold out within a few hours.

    I was a little naughty today. I was discussing Lego with my Girlfriend after a trip to Hamleys toy shop in Glasgow. I managed to convince her that the lego Death Star 10188 would be going out of production this year :) as soon as we got home she ordered it online.

    Heat gun them ever so gently them immediately peg the heated piece to a cold piece so it sets in the correct way.

    Hi all, I was cruising about on youtube and can see that someone made a video of the up and coming 2013 Technic sets. I don't claim this video as my own, I'm just the lucky one thats seen it. And another video of the other sets

    I would never steal the minifigs but it's easy what a little bit of steam can do, it will lift a seal right off without a trace and allow it to be put straight back on afterwards.

    Bring back the Castle sets from the 90's. I think that the new castle sets look too simple and look like toys not castles Like ye olde sets. Far too much chrome looking stuff - real swords and armour get dirty!

    That is by far the best entry I have seen so far. Not sure that you are allowed that fur though, although the fun is the building, not the winning.

    Very smart, it would look great in a city scene or large moc as the centrepiece.

    Lego 10210 Imperial Flagship. It's the first model that I bought as an adult and it's the reasonI got back into Lego. It got me hooked and I hope it will become a family air loom.

    I am very pleased to say that I am the proud owner of Lego Technic set 8110 Unimog. I've bought some lights for it and I cannot wait to start modding it :)

    My first technic set after getting back in to lego, this has knocked my 10210 Flagship of the podium. I had lots of fun building this and it's going in a display case for all to enjoy.
