  1. Appreciate this information. I purchased the Ultimate Halloween Collection (book) last year and did not know there was a new Halloween book out this year. Thanks! I certainly love all things spooky, esp. in LEGO.
  2. Nice design. Love the black and orange (Halloween) color scheme.
  3. This set reminds me so much of the old Fisher Price set I had as a kid. Looks like a fun set for kids and adults.
  4. Intricate detailing for a small model. Excellent!
  5. That's one mean green machine! Nicely done.
  6. This is incredible. I've never had a green thumb, but this not only inspires one to build an interior scene, but also create a winter garden. Unique and most creative!
  7. So cool! Nice interior and the detailing is superb. Really like the Fall finish and the wagon. Overall, a great scene, esp. as the engine rolls in.
  8. Nicely done. Love the design! I've always liked the ease of adding 9V motors to an engine. Nice figure choice as well.
  9. Awesome news! Still catching up with the many comments and interview with Jamie Berard posted on Brothers Brick. Can't wait to purchase.
  10. What a nostalgic and enjoyable collection of custom trains. Love it. The Kaiser Wilhelm train is most creative!
  11. Love the color and lights. Beautiful design!
  12. This is so cool! Love the Adventurers theme and seeing this Himalayan Temple with all of your fantastic details makes me want to break out some of the old sets. Excellent photography/photo editing as well. Nicely done and thank you for sharing!
  13. I'm always excited when Lego releases a new Mod. This looks like a great design as well. Love the Fall tree and overall color palette of this new building. Nice idea to create a bookstore! Happy Holidays everyone.
  14. @CaptainSerMig: As a big fan of Adventurers/Dino Island and the original Island Hopper, it's nice to see this airplane re-engineered in a reverse Flight of the Phoenix manner. New an improved, you did a great job in keeping the spirit of the original with red, white, grey (and a splash of brown) components. I remember building a plate and brick biplane after seeing the 1977 adventure classic, People That Time Forgot, swooshing my way around the house as a kid (great memories!). Sorry, reminiscing a bit here. In any case, well done!
  15. Roar! Katy Perry - Roar Well done!
  16. Maybe a little off topic, but I see this train and station as a potential for a few Disney ride sets. Someone previously mentioned Main Street and with the Jungle Cruise movie coming out, would love to see a few ride entrances like that of the Jungle Cruise, Haunted Mansion, perhaps even Small World. Lots of opportunities here and for us Disney fans, we can have this new train steaming around the various sets. Now do I need to purchase the Disney Castle...? 17. @Tcm0 Thanks for taking the time to share this video, TCM. Definitely a difference between the plastic and the metal axles. I hate to see quality reduced for I'm sure the sake of cost. Still like this set, but looks like LEGO "cut a few corners" with this train.
  18. BROWCH! Respectfully disagree. I've been collecting LEGO Trains for decades and as a train enthusiast, I love this set and applaud the design. In fact, it may even become my new favorite giving the Emerald Night a run for its money.
  19. Absolutely beautiful! What a wonderful set by LEGO. Loving everything about it from the new steam engine to the detailed station. This is a real keepsake that I plan on buying! Congrats to the LEGO designer(s) for a splendid set. Thanks to EB for posting on the Front Page, although I think it should have got more "air time". I'm excited about this one and being an "old cowboy", not many things excite me these days. Top notch!
  20. Hi there; greetings from the Western United States. I don't think we see many churches built by LEGO fans. This is a beautiful one! The architectural details are wonderful and I love how you created the stain glass windows. I also like how you designed the roof (most clever). After seeing this splendid creation, I had to revisit my modest (simple) Mexican Church built in 2010, pictured below. Mexican Church II-b by WesternOutlaw, on Flickr Well done!
  21. Batman Tumbler meets Classic Space in this fantastic fusion. There's no stopping this blue & grey lunar rover. Well done! Long live Classic Space!
  22. Hi Wanderer, Let me be the first to welcome you to Eurobricks. It's a great LEGO fan community with some wonderful members. I missed out on the Forestmen sets back in the day, so always enjoy seeing pictures of these great sets and the MOCs they still inspire. Restoration projects are always fun. Nice job! Again, welcome and keep building those Forestmen creations!
  23. @Faefrost So it sounds like it's really a matter of perspective. Interesting... Let us know how you like the build and completed model.
