Its interesting, but after looking at that still, I looked up other images of Nurse Harley Quinn in the film, and realized her lilac cuff printing circulates 360 degrees around. That's not the case with the CMF. I bring this up because I commented in the DC speculation thread about dual molded lower arm cuffs as a future molding option based on this TLBM concept art. So I guess the Harley Quinn example shows that you should take those concept art's details with a grain of salt.

For clarification, these are the two parts I'm speaking about from Nexo Action suits this year pictured below -
Future DC Super Heroes Rumors & Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to Sir Gareth's topic in LEGO Licensed
A mini Lex Mech utilizing the new Nexo Knights two part piloting torso would be nice. I would also hope it would come with a classic style Luthor like in the old Super Friends TV show. -

That Keaton face is great! -
Well, this thread was resurrected after a whole year just to post this "crazy idea". Maybe Nexo Knights was conceived around this time (August 2013), when Legends of Chima (a.k.a. Fabuland Wars) was in its second wave, and perhaps a big bang theme successor was in the works. So did legofreak86 know something?

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It probably is not necessary, but some have wondered if there will be a Lego Batman follow up short attached to an upcoming WB tentpole film (TLNM or Justice League maybe?) to justify a third wave and second CMS. -

For some, those "well versed" in Lego bricks can find it both annoying and meticulous to follow instructions that place only one brick per step, since at some points, several bricks at one step is pretty easy to do. It does sometimes just unnecessarily stretch out the process for some.

2017 City Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Town
It could have been seen as a spotted jaguar also. -
I've checked Brickset periodically for some Expert series set number to pop up, yet haven't seen or heard anything at this point yet. I remember last year, we heard about the Winter Village Train early in either last April or early May, the Big Ben sometime early on, and about a month's notice before seeing the Beetle. Perhaps like the Fairground series, the Architecture and Expert Cars will be taking a break this year?

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors
Digger of Bricks replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I know everyone is talking about TLJ sets, but I thought I'd drop this here for discussion, since I've not seen anyone post a review of this set. The Nexogon construction of this set is what impresses me the most, though it would have been nice if the Nexogons were redone in black for this set. -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

Yeah, I don't know what she was supposed to be. From my initial first impression, she reminded me of Maria von Trapp (Julie Andrews' character) in The Sound of Music. -
Lego themes that we would like to happen
Digger of Bricks replied to YellowCorvette's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I've mentioned this in the action theme ideas thread, but I would like to see an aviator centric Adventures reboot theme inspired after the dieselpunk and sky-fi genres.- 451 replies

Wow, I've never even thought of using that invisible jet wing for suspended display purposes!

Dieselpunk is the genre most inspiring for me also! Same goes for dieselpunk's subgenre sky-fi, with Flickr users Jonhall18 and Fredoichi being the best in the sky-fi genre for Lego creations! Here are some for their Flickr albums. https://www.flickr.com/photos/fredoichi/albums/72157622631540770 https://www.flickr.com/photos/25163007@N07/albums

I know this is an old topic, but I thought it would be fun to restart a discussion on this again As one of the last posts on this thread, this is most frightening, prophetic wish! Definitely would love to see something like this, as I have said on many other threads here! At the same time though, I have also lamented that a retro space theme would not likely coexist alongside Star Wars due to their similarities, not in aesthetic style, but their shared story themes.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Digger of Bricks replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I was about to ask if promotional photos with yet nonexistent new molds have been seen before, but now I remember a TRU display with this director minifigure on it. Many at the time thought it was a unintended leak of a future CMF, but it never came to be. -

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors
Digger of Bricks replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Oh my. I haven't been following Star Wars much, so I didn't know we were getting a First Order Star Destroyer. Looks great as far as I can tell! The walker is interesting, like a gorilla as they have said. Vice Admiral Holdo looks like she wears the S9 Hollywood Starlet's hairpiece in Lilac. Interesting. -

Same here, I liked the usage of the Nexo shields, but perhaps someone could redo them in Black or Dark Bluish Grey? -
The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Digger of Bricks replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
It almost resembles Avatar, though with the villains as the extraterrestrials, the heroes as the humans, and the natives as the subject of the theme. Lego has often had aliens as villains/non friendly types, the only exception being 2001's Life on Mars theme. Now the GARC inspiration for this hypothetical space racers theme first caught my eye due to some great creations by Sylon-tw, featured in this Flickr album linked below. https://www.flickr.com/photos/sylon_tw/albums/72157644393526398- 991 replies

You should retool it in the LBM Batvehicle style (Black, Red, Dark Bluish Grey, and Trans-yellow with Trans-purple thrusters) or Classic Space style.
-
Does Nexo Knights count as a space theme? (Just kidding. ) As far as a theme goes, probably Space Police III, for its retro goofiness and its clever space biker gang element. The theme yielded plenty of great Trans-blue canopies and two nice Trans-yellow windshield pieces. But Classic Space is my number one theme for an MOC template, with MOCs that not only utilize the color scheme but also are "neo" takes on the original sets as something I look for in others creations. Here is an amazing example by Flickr user Jon Blackford.

Replacement pieces... how many is too many?
Digger of Bricks replied to froggy95's topic in General LEGO Discussion
From reading reviews, no, it is another useless ball joint unfortunately. I didn't know that regarding the old ray gun though.
