By the way, this was built by @DwalinF and shared by him over on the Special Themes subforum too!

What a lovely little lunar hamlet! The many various color choices for each of the buildings are what make this; particularly, I just love the tallest, three-story building constructed predominantly in Sand Green!

Lego City 2019 - Rumours, Speculation and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to TheArturro's topic in LEGO Town
I'd seriously doubt straight-up Classic Spacemen would ever come in a City set. How could a moon base be "realistic" as you put it? We never got that far setting up shop on the moon. Well, those ships aren't a given yet from what we've heard so far, which is pretty much nothing as far as the sequel's summer wave goes. -
It's likely the subject material itself. Back in 2017, @GentlemanJoker said that a number of submissions based upon the TV show were rejected long before his own submission based upon the show was rejected at the time:

The Future of Lego Space. (opinions, ideas, discussion)
Digger of Bricks replied to Trekkie99's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
Well, such playthemes are long-term themes because they are successful. Well, given what we've heard so far regarding City's upcoming Space subtheme, we'll just have to wait and see how it'll play out!- 991 replies

Ideas 2019 - Rumours, Speculation and Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to Calunca's topic in Special LEGO Themes
It couldn't be the piano, as that project is within the review coming right after they wrap up the Second 2018 LEGO Ideas Review. They should be announcing the results for that latter one sometime very soon here, which is pictured below: -

Lego City 2019 - Rumours, Speculation and Discussion

Huh, that's a concept I've never thought of before: Random mystery minifigures in playsets. -
Are you certain of that? From the piece count and name, it pretty much sounds like that to me, but what definite confirmation is there? Leaked pictures? A set description?

Excellent concept @Foxes Productionz, and great execution too! Each of these builds could've been passed off as decent playsets quite easily without being skimpy, and the all of the characters' minifigure representations look pretty darn perfect for being completely purist! Particularly, your purist Demogorgon and Demodog builds are superb, and that reusage of the Series 16 Scallywag Pirate headcap piece for Lucas is brilliant! Plus, your usage of Finn's hairpiece for Eleven is much better than the typical usage of the traditional male minifigure hairpiece.

Lego City 2019 - Rumours, Speculation and Discussion

But the thing is though, it can't be a CMS/Blind-bag set, as it does state it has a set piece count of 209 parts. -

Oh, I see. So 21317 (a.k.a. "project hoot") is the upcoming Treehouse project. -
Huh, so 21317 is a LEGO Ideas set for certain?

So, it is a blind-bag series under the City theme? -
Wow, the piece count on that one sounds like we'll possibly be seeing the return of those "mini modulars" we saw initially start out with 2014's 31026 Bike Shop & Cafe. Huh, I have no idea what that one's suppose to be.

Not sure how accurate it is, but here's an English translation of that description via Microsoft Translator: Why does that sound like a Collectable Minifigure Series? -

Whoa whoa whoa, one of the sets from the upcoming Space subtheme is a PEOPLE PACK? Does it have as many figures as the fairground one? -
Pretty sure that's all custom printing, including Mercy's fixed face prints, as that's @Catanas's specialty.

LEGO Speed Champions - Wishlists and Future Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to Digger of Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
You're most welcome! Thanks alot @Rick! Realistically, I could see the two Motorama showcars in such a hypothetical set namely being the 1951 General Motors LeSabre and perhaps one of the experimental Firebird turbine cars. But, if I were to throw plausibility out the window though, I'd wish to see those two showcars be the 1956 Oldsmobile Golden Rocket and the 1954 Cadillac El Camino.- 81 replies

LEGO Speed Champions - Wishlists and Future Speculation
Digger of Bricks replied to Digger of Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
Dang, that there look real snazzy (or should I say, Dazzzy )! Plus, that transporter concept there is quite something too! Heh, a set with a single GM Futurliner plus two Motorama concept cars would be PERFECT!!!- 81 replies
