Lego Icons 10332 Medieval Town Square Discussion Thread
zoth33 replied to BrickJagger's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
The tax collector looks interesting and has a cape and has printed legs. The hooded fig is hard to tell the torso print. The buildings are look nice, I'm hoping there are future expansions of the village. Baker has a new white and red torso with red skirt. Boy has a new torso print. Blond haired lady seems to have a new torso print. Brunette haired lady doesn't seem to have a new print looks like the one green torso that is out now. Blacksmith looks new and there seems to be a lion knight soldier on the tower. That would be nice to get a wolfpack bandit. Some more animals would have been nice but I'm more about the build. I have plenty of animals I can populate the town square with. -

Yeah looks like 8 figs and a goat with maybe some smaller animals. Some very nice details and looks like new torso and leg prints. Not as many animals as the original photo still looks great. It's on Reddit too. -

The Snow White set leaked so hopefully we will see the MTS set soon. The Snow White set looks great can't wait to see better pics of the dwarves. I would like to see the mouse return to sets so we can get it on PAB at some point. -

There's white chickens on PAB. At the Walmart near me they have the sonic polybag. I didn't see the monkie kid one. I hope they get some that's a nice way to get some good pieces. -
Nice scene. Those cups from HP are so useful. The Duplo sheep is just funny. Nice job.

I like your design for the faeries I'm guessing with the lantern piece. The dreamling bodies used for elves here is a nice idea. The building looks great with all the tree pieces and roof looks fantastic. Really fun build you have here.

I like the design of the cart and colors used work well together. The gold accents are nice. The base has some nice rock work and landscaping.
-
I really like the steep roofs in this build. The texture of the stone looks great. Those green grooved tile pieces give the building a unique look. The archway in the door is nicely designed.

This trading post is very busy despite being small. The amount of details packed in here is impressive. The stables, all the animals, goats on a cart just wonderful. I like the monkey chasing the chicken. I like the use of the printed tiles throughout the build to give some contrast. Nice build.

Really fun build here. I like the design of the building. The interior has some nice details with the shelves and crates filled with goods. I like all the vendors outside with different colored canopies. I like that you added a few trees for some nice contrast. Also all the figs look great and it seems like a lively build with all the animals and figs.

This is really eye catching. The bell tower is great with the large horn pieces on top. The way you used the white 1x2 tile pieces really is stunning and works well with the nougat and tan colors of the building. The gold trimming around the top of building is nice, I like the use of those Monkie Kid pieces. Great build all around.

Yes Just really high price for some reason unless there are a lot more pieces than it looks like. It's a really great design. -

The march Ninjago wave has some great sets and figs. There is some nice pieces in the sets too with a gold climbing hook and a large dish piece that used for a moon. There also is a new armor piece. There is also a new dual molded sword. The temple looks great just a terrible price. -

Dojo looks great. So does the temple but 120 is too much for that set. Probably will pick up Ryu and the Dojo. I'm not into the mechs or vehicles that much unless there are great figs in the set. -
I like the use of tiles and beams here to create a nice looking affect. I also like the way you used different colors for different types of wood. The stone base looks great. The snow looks very natural throughout the build. Great job on this.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
zoth33 replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
That's exactly what I thought. I mean what is going on I don't know any kids that are into Pharrell's Music. They don't even play his music at my youngest sons dances. -
Exactly I don't think Nicknack116 was trying to offend or troll anyone. He was speaking in generalizations. Just like more men buy comic books and buy collectibles. My boys when they were younger and still are into heavy metal, My oldest is into hip hop too. But kids like the music they like and are sometimes influenced by their peers. And yes girls tend to like more pop and hip hop music. Boys don't tend to like musicals. That being said we have no idea what these themes will be but it is interesting to see what people think they will be. When the posts first came out people were all on western for Buffalo and they obviously didn't read the posts because it said that they were new themes and based on tv/movies. The Elves theme had some great sets and some nice dragons and nice new pieces so I hope one of them is something along those lines.

I have 3 from the dream village set which is nice little set with some fun details. But definitely need some more of the dreamling bodies in all 3 colors, getting some in my next PAB order. I agree about having some with prints I"m planning on using the little green ones for some small forest sprites. I have a bunch of those heads from Hidden side too. Good luck on Brickscalibur also.

The tree designs look great especially with the large claw pieces. The snow looks really good and I like the icicles around the build. The interior of the cave looks great with those trans blue pieces and the trans pink plants. The figs look great too. I really need to pick up a bunch of those bodies from the Dreamzzz line they are going to be so useful for custom figs.
