    Unless you want to spend hundreds of dollars on this set since it has long been retired what's the point of this also you can replace the brown if needed. My brown pieces don't really crack that much so I don't see why this would be an issue.

    You know you can add that stuff yourself. There are some great building techniques and some nice nods to the old castle sets in this set but to each their own. You also can create your own invasion based on the forestmen hideout part or just make your own.

    That's an interesting theory I had not thought about PAB like that in terms of the Castle line. Personally I would still buy the sets even if the minifigs were on PAB. But that may contribute to less sets being sold. The villains from Nexo Knights were really nice though the red and black lava guys are great have several of them and the rock gargoyle guys also had some great prints and are great for a fantasy setting. I know Nexo knights didn't do well but I liked some of the sets and my youngest son liked the theme as a whole.

    I really don't think GOT had anything to do with lego not doing castle themes. Then why did they stop classic space and pirates also only to bring them back. I think they brought in new people in management and they decided to try new things instead of keeping what had working for them. This happens with companies all the time new talent wants to prove things and show what they can do. I do agree with the black knights they were one of my favorites back in the day. I just hope we get some new factions with some interesting heraldry coming the next few years either in sets or cmf's.

    Did you get the viking village set yet that's what I'm going to do and get some christmas gifts and maybe some PAB cups. There also some nice Ninjago sets with dragons in them.

    That's what I said it depends on what property you are dealing with as to what women warriors are and obviously you can do whatever you want with your lego. I have some elven women warriors and mages and other women warriors across my fantasy world that I have created out of lego. Like I have said before it's lego and you can create what you want with it. I was just mentioning that different IP's have different views on women warriors etc. The new Market Village set that is coming has a shieldsmith so there is still hope for a dragon masters shield although it may be a small chance it shows up. Have you seen that the goat returns in the new cmf and Basil the Batlord gets an upgrade and he looks fantastic in my opinion.

    Your point about the Wheel of Time is off. The women wield the one power and are magic users. The warders are warriors that protect the Aes Sedai and they work together to defeat their enemies. The whole point of the Wheel of time is that women and men need to work together to save the world. I think you totally missed that by using that for your argument. Yes their are powerful women in fantasy case in point is Galadriel in the original LOTR triliogy and the Hobbit trilogy. She didn't need a sword or a shield to be strong and powerful, she already was with her magical prowess and she was still feminine. Conversely The Rings of Power showed her as a petulant child even though she was thousands of years old at that point, and they also had her wield a sword and try to act like a man. The Rings of Power also made Galadriel totally unlikable, by making her not care about anything but revenge and tried to make her a badass fighter which she never was in the books. Not all women have to be badass warriors either, they can be feminine and powerful too just like Yennefer from the witcher. Then you also have Wonderwoman who is a badass warrior. But characters need to be written correctly to be good and work within the world they are in. As to the head thing it is what it is just swap the head there are hundreds of options on bricklink or PAB. As to women as warriors it all depends on the world that is from like LOTR, the Witcher, Star Wars, Marvel, DC, WOT, etc,

    Yeah I don't see the old leaf piece going anywhere it's too useful and they are still using it in several sets. The new flat leaf piece that is made of the smaller 3 bladed leaf pieces is interesting. The new bigger fern is a nice addition. I can't wait to get some of these new parts for landscaping. Just got my order last week with the new fern pieces they are quite nice.

    I believe they had 8 episodes done and scrapped everything. I'm not sure what they are doing with it now but we won't see daredevil anytime soon.

    The GWP Majisto set has nothing to do with the Market Village set. The Majisto set is a throwback like the forestman set was. We won't know anything about the Market Village set until someone actually leaks info on it. The best idea is the picture that leaked earlier this year.

    Sorry I got excited seeing something it's been a long couple of weeks and my tired self was just hoping for something good. The guy that posted his MOC is just doing so for clicks I don't get some people.

    Agree that's what I'm thinking now plus to many forestmen in the set at least two from what I see. Same guy posted a large forestmen set awhile back this isn't an offical set. I hate when people do that crap.

    There is a forestman to the far left you can see he's not completely blacked out. I can't tell about the tower it's all dark.

    There is a silhouette on Legoleaks IG that has a knight on a bridge next to a forestman. The set may be Majisto's tower not sure sounds like it will be revealed tomorrow. Also has a forestman with a bow shooting at the knight.

    A siren is a mermaid looking type of creature. It looks like a harpy but I really don't like the color scheme. Basil the batlord looks awesome. Need more goats for my builds. The barbarian looks interesting. The mushroom cap on the girl could be useful for some interesting landscaping for my builds. I think I can use the gamer girls torso for some custom Black Falcon knights.

    They look yellow to me to with red around it which could be the head color. It's definitely not green. There is no way it's an orc face it's Basil the batlord.

    You can get that oval shield on PAB in white and yellow it's been on there for awhile now. I think that's a nod to the black falcons as a gamer person or like an E-league type thing.

    That sword isn't new it's in the Dreamzzz sets the Nightmare king and one of the protagonists have them. Not sure what the character is it's hard to see with the glare. Need an Army of the fright knight. The goat is back man and should be in the castle village set that is coming soon. The harpy looks weird but the torso, wings and legs will be useful.

    I like the color scheme. I like the contrast between the light blue wall panels and the earth blue roof. The interior looks great, the clutter in the attic with the tan bat is a nice touch. I also like the wood work on the interior. Some great figs as usual and nice usage of some of the Hobbit/LOTR torsos. Is that tree with the green fruit a pear tree? The stone work out front looks nice with the grey and dark grey pieces. Overall well done.

    Yeah probably around January or so though PAB usually shuts down around the holidays I think for a little while.
