My perfect Christmas tree has Santa protecting it... from ninjas. (Hey, I currently only have literally 4 LEGO sets with me, it's called being creative.)

The only difference I think, that the USA has to have a piece count and Europe doesn't. The USA has a bunch of languages in the manuals. Maybe they are selling in the USA better (doubtful from what I have seen) and they want to send all the stock there.

Because it's a 30 minute commercial for a toy line. I wish Agents had a TV show so it would have gotten some more backing.

I'm with you there. There is almost a jungle space feel going on. A little bit of the NinjaGo snake cult thing. I really liked them, and the animals LEGO produced. I know see why this theme was given such a huge push, sadly it was 'cute-ivied' and we got stuck with odd and random vehicles with animal heads on them.

Summer sets are always more'interesting' (aka less 'city'). Last year we got the Arctic sets and this year we got divers. Also if the list is true it's almost exactly how I predicted it. But I doubt that the list is for the whole year and probably is just for the first half.

I'm thinking we will get a fire and police sub theme in January, maybe like Coast Guard meets fire and police. They are running out of places to have a new police station every year, so why not go to the beach? Then I think we need a new airport at some point, been awhile since we had one and LEGO loves making planes. The last two years LEGO has brought back older ideas for the City theme with Arctic and Divers, so maybe something a little more out there in the summer... like rock rescuers? (Power Miners meets City?)

NinjaGo hasn't been a huge favorite of mine, however I do love some of the sets, the snakes are awesome and the ideas are crazy (Snake cult and ghosts), but it's about damn time for LEGO to realize the huge fanbase for Ninjas vs Pirates! :)

I like it. It's rare when LEGO makes a building for less than $50, even more rare that it doesn't have a police officer in it. It's not perfect, but LEGO never is, but it's 90% there and I like it. And people complaining about colors, the purple looks nice. Need I remind everyone of this puke of colors?

I was just thinking about it the other day that with Chima heads I could make an Animal Crossing MOC. However a lot of the heads are very creepy for such a cartoony world.

Ummm..... no. LotR started in 2012, BttF came out in 2013. Yes it takes time to develop the game, but it couldn't have taken that long. NinjaGo was going to end in 2013, it didn't and it's in the game. I think this game was being planned the last couple years, WB and LEGO picked the most popular themes. BttF has a popular set, Oz had a rejected set. Then LEGO took the movie mini figures and NinjaGo (It's biggest theme that is also getting a WB movie) to launch the new product. You aren't going to launch a massive new project with Eves, an unproven theme.

To be fair I think TMNT would have continued for much longer, but LEGO lost the rights to MEGA BLOKS. So it really depends on how well they sell and having the rights.

I screwed up and LEGO is weird so I have ten of one because I couldn't cancel.

TRU USA has minifigures 2 for $5 with a limit of 80.

He is the only character that links Jurassic Park to Jurassic World that we currently know of so it would make sense to use him in that regard. I do agree it's a little odd they take the mini figure from a $130 set and stick him with a $60 video game. I rather wait three months and get the game for $20, then use the other $40 on getting the base on sale.

The site has been garbage for about a decade. You would think they would update the severs and actually have a fully functioning site, but no, can't be bothered with than. Anytime I order I cross my fingers that it actually goes through and I'll get my stuff. There have been times which I have called and been told that they have no record of my sale and I go "Then why does my credit card have a pending sale from you!". Recently it's not that bad, but is so slow, the pages never load, it's impossible to see what's new I have to use Brickset to see what was added. But I'll stick to TRU, Amazon and Target where they have been having 20% off sales and have free shipping at $50, $35 and $25, instead of S@H's outrageous $75.

LEGO has been having production issues for a few years now. The Movie probably didn't help matters, but LEGO grew quicker than they could support.

All the main sets will come out, they always do even with production problems. LEGO really needs to take some time and maybe make less sets / themes (Chima is a there year theme and has like 100 sets, which would be unheard of a few years back.) and get their MegaBloks together because the can't keep up with the demand, then make less sets and make more plants, and fix the darn website. *End of rant*
