  1. We need an "alternate models" section for the HoF!
  2. I can't wait! I will participate this time.
  3. This moc is pretty good. The functionality is what it needs to be, but the color vomit... You seem like a passionate person, so I hope you take some time and improve! As @suffocation said, it's a good start. I hope to see more
  4. Very nicely done. I love the sleek profile!
  5. Thanks for answering my question. Your truck looks stunning next to the 2 others
  6. Well, you're building skills are far from abysmal, as you've already surpassed the drivetrain and suspension of 42070
  7. This is quite nice! Technic MOCs have entered the airport recently, and among the airport stuff, this MOC is outstanding! Do you know how it would scale compared to 42068?
  8. I have not, in fact. Let me see what I can do about that. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
  9. I think it will stay clean. Lights might be added, but no horns. UPDATE TIME! This update is massive if anything. This is basically 2 updates in 1. Interior I have added an interior to the cabin. Seats, dashboard, steering wheel. That's it. Rear I also started to complete the back. I added an initial mechanism for the 5th wheel which didn't work because it was super flimsy. Rear fenders added, too: Now after taking these pictures, I rebuilt the back almost completely. New fifth wheel mechanism, accurate lights added. Should I make the fenders white? Front This part will need some criticism and tips from you, as it is not all good right now. The lights are fine, the grille needs some changing. I don't know how I can fit a more accurate grill into 5x7 space. HELP ME! The hood is also needing improvement. Help here too please! Top view... ouch. So where I need help: Hood and grille. Thanks for reading! I hope you have a solution. BrickbyBrickTechnic
  10. That update should come soon! So far it's quite hard but that's alright. Thanks!
  11. Everything at Costco is under MSRP, because everything is at wholesale price, rather than retail. They usually get more selection around christmas, and thankfully, all the big sets :)
  12. The only advice I can give you is to tie down the pneumatic tubes, because they look ugly when hanging loose. I agree with @Aleh . The build should be mostly straightforward from now on.
  13. Ordered 42054 also from costco at 149.99 a month back. Best. Deal. Ever. Canada never gets good deals, do you find that?
  14. Wow! This is simply stunning. Much better than my own self-propelled sprayer, but then again you didn't have the limitation of the 42054's parts only. The functions work well and the extended sprayer arms make the model look absolutely massive. What are the dimensions?
  15. Thanks! I can't wait to see your Lonestar truck's final product. It is very promising!
  16. I contacted a fellow builder who claims that the builder told them that the material is glow-in-the-dark tape.
  17. If it was a piece, I wouldn't have heard of it either
  18. They are most likely custom stickers. Maybe you could leave a comment on the video asking this question and the creator will reply?
  19. UPDATE TIME! So over the last 2 days, I have been designing the part I was most excited about... the cab. The hood is a whole different story right now. Here's what I have. The next update will be mostly chassis mods and cab interior. As you can tell, the inside is a bit of a mess If you have suggestions on how I can improve this, please tell me. That's all for now!
