Not even close to standard. He even made a 42055 c model look good, which would be quite hard.

Since this has been brought to the top of the forum, could I put in a request for my 42054 c model to be added in? https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/156451-wip-backhoe-loader-42054-c-model-finished/

Thanks! If I remove the rear arm, this becomes a different concept entirely, which I actually plan to build in the future (like a CLAAS Axion). So for this model, the rear arm stays so it remains a backhoe. Later, a proper tractor with a base like this, no rear arm, and some PTOs. EDIT: you just gave me an amazing idea @aminnich . Will present it on saturday. The rear arm is an attachment and can be replaced by a PTO setup (built from leftover pieces). Thanks so much!

It's done. Here are some pictures of what I added: -outriggers which lock in place -some quick mods (refine controls, add details to rear) So that's it! Video tomorrow. And, of course, thanks to all who helped, commented, etc.! BbBT

OK, great! Happy to hear that It was just annoying to get 2:40 minutes of video in a 4-minute video, but it's fixed now, so I must say great video! And amazing functions!

Thanks so much! As for buckets, I don't own any. Though, I will in 2 weeks, so we'll see then

To start, here's some windows: Also, here's an interior. All controls are in the cabin: Now, the major part: The pallet can be tilted now, and change its orientation. Additionally, the rear excavator has been finished and has a simple drill attachment: That's it. Thanks!

Update time: So the minor update is in the front, where rather than having some gears to tilt the pallet, I added some links so that it remains parallel to the ground, which is much more useful. And now, the major update: Turntable added to the rear excavator! So that's it for now. Thanks!

Hey guys, anyone know why LEGO does this? In Canada, the 42077 is selling for 139.99 and has 1005 pcs. The 42076, on the other hand, sells for 109.99 and hs 1020 pcs. They are both manual. Why is there such a big difference? EDIT: I also have 1 more question. Why is the 42078 the only set not being released on Jan 1 2018 in Canada? Has anyone else seen such occurrences?

Original, wacky, Santa must love it. Come to think of it, this would have been a stellar TC12 entry! Would it work better with L motors? Sincerely, Another happy subscriber

Can we see a topside image of that lime version? I'd say from what I can see that it looks better than the white.

Thanks! No worries, I'll figure it out I can totally raise the cabin, though I'm not sure about the smooth tiles simply because there are few system pieces in the 42054. And of course, I wil add gadgets. Thanks for your advice!

Haha, thank you so much! Where this will go next: lots of modification to the rear, addition of outriggers and interior detail. Should be done before christmas (I've got a 42055 waiting for me ) Thanks alot! How can I make the cabin more "newschool"? Making it shorter?

@efferman how does the boom lift? How are the gear racks driven? Thanks!
