  1. I plan on changing it. Noticed several problems when rotating the crane when it's lowered fully. Thank you!
  2. Makes sense, I can try that. Though, I must tell you that with this setup, everything in terms of crane rotation works just fine. And Aventador, to answer your question, the 3l is for steering, but it has since been removed and you'll see why tomorrow.
  3. Update: @aminnich here's the 5l beams removed. How does it look? But, there was some actual major progress: -rear fender concept added -all power functions incorporated -rear boom sketch So that's it. Hope you like it! C&C please!
  4. That rear rotor is insane! Do you have a picture of the real life heli? Great progress BTW
  5. I'm quite impressed. Looks very good so far. I would like to know this as well, because I do not like those pillars. Also, what about the Tigercat Skidder?
  6. I think I have a way of making it look good at 7 studs (a way to remove those 5l liftarms). I'll post a picture here tomorrow, and if it doesn't work, I'll change the width to 6 studs. Makes sense. I'll try that.
  7. Thought I would post it here. Jang did an awesome extensive review:
  8. So I tried to make the bodywork 1 stud wider on each side and here's what I got: How does it look? Leave a comment!
  9. That is amazing. I'd say the details make up for lack of function
  10. I doubt the price will go over $40. That is a good thing, but shocks will probably be less likely due to this. How many pieces does this have?
  11. I completely agree with this statement. @aminnich is quite helpful. As for your truck, looks good so far! Following with interest.
  12. Can't post a picture just yet, but here's the name: JCB 5CX Wastemaster.
  13. Update time! So I added the front hood and added the "pallet" attachment to the front. I have one problem though, and that's that the front looks kind of weird and half-baked and I don't know what to do about it, after 6 iterations. And a bit of side was added as I need to start rationing DBG pieces: So That's it. Leave a comment!
  14. They're won't be much weight at all. Everything is working so far.
  15. Some people like sets for functionality and others for looks. Really, both sides of the 42077 commentary are perfectly valid.
  16. Thanks! @M_longer is right. Here, there should be no problem. Thanks for the explanation M_longer.
  17. 1. I have virtually no yellow pieces. 2. 3 steering modes are possible, but only with the complete removal of power functions and gearbox. The fake engine could be built into this, no problem (not working, just existent). 3. What is the problem with small LA's?
  18. Hello @functionalTechnic ! Welcome to eurobricks! I have seen your MOCs on youtube, and I especially like the airport rescue truck! Enjoy the forums
  19. I'd say that if anything at all (instructions books and stickers included) is damaged, there's a problem. Once, I got a 42038, and both the booklets were bent several times right in the middle and a sticker was stuck to one of the books. Not at all pleasant.
  20. How exactly do you suggest I do that? Or do you mean the 24z gears?
  21. Another 42054 C model. It'll have 3 power functions, and at least 4 manual functions. The front will have a grabber like in @M_longer's C model, though without any function: -Front stage 1 (powered) -rotation rear excavator (powered) -rear excavator stage 1 (powered) -front stage 2 (manual) -rear excavator stage 2 (manual) -HoG steering (manual) -opening doors CURRENT STATE: Here are some pictures: Leave a comment! More progress soon. BrickbyBrickTechnic
