    I literally thought this was a new official set from the first pic, wow. Very slick.

    Finally got round to running it on a track.. not impressed. Runs very rough on a basic loop of RC (whatever you call the latest tracks) and it feels like there is a lot of friction in the curves, and some unpleasant noises.

    Eh I'd say it's just the rona disruptions, a lot of Ideas / Expert sets are sold out

    Yup I think many people forget that rare / desirable colors are the same price on Replacement Bricks, and you can get it all in one shipping fee

    Tbh this just looks worse lol, detail removed with nothing to replace it.

    I love the original and always wanted one as a kid! Your mods are great but I think you should swap the steps and front axle, the wheels should be further forward.

    Thank you for introducing me to to something new, jeez the real thing is ugly! Pity about the necessary huge gaps between carriages, perhaps you could build a 'cover' that drops over them when the train is displayed stationary.

    Not bad for a first attempt but the outside is a bit bland. Notice how the official modulars all have more differentiation between floors. Interior is good but I'd make the rooms bigger (taking up most of each floor) and ditch the tiny toilets / offices etc

    Eh, I don't think the interior is interesting enough to justify the massive size and cost.

    Eh can't say I love this one. There's not much to do underwater and the boat looks a bit weird, like the superstructure is too small
