Good question! Mickey, Oswald, and Stitch will 100% have moulded heads. Robin Hood and Prince John will very likely have ones too. For Baymax, Pinocchio, and Jiminy, it could go either way. The rest will in all likelihood have normal minifig heads -

@Roebuck: Now that‘s a weird looking goat Must be the famous wave goat from legend! Or its close relative, the pulse goat Jokes aside, I don‘t mind them replacing the goat patronus with a non-corporeal one. A ghostly goat bucking a horde of Dementors would‘ve looked rather silly on screen -

We don’t know the logistics of course, but I suspect that there isn’t a rule that EVERY mould needs to be destroyed after a while. Moulds for very specific specialised pieces that will in all likelihood never be used again, like all the Trolls minifig parts? Those surely won’t catch any dust. Moulds for a Star Wars antagonist who, while having limited set potential, will 100% show up again in the eventual remakes of those sets? Probably safer to keep the mould around -

…which didn’t appear in the movie, so it was extremely unlikely to begin with Indeed, this is also my suspicion. Not sure what exactly it could be, but based on the PPR and age recommendation, I’m not expecting a remake of the 2019 set. Regardless of what it ends up being, it’s near the bottom of my list of most exciting 2HY sets. The only one below that is the Quidditch Trunk It even gets outranked by Dobby, just for the running gag alone -

How so? They managed to translate the aesthetic very well and the mobs, tools, weapons, and prints are excellent IMO -

Fair points, but why would a Disney licensed theme need a codename? They could just have called it “Disney IP” in that case and be done with it. Then again, the same goes for other codenamed themes, so who knows -

We don't actually know how long they keep moulds around that aren't actively used anymore We assume they're destroyed after a while, but I don't think that's ever outright been confirmed. The only instance I remember is the goat mould, but as the story goes, that one broke by accident and just didn't get replaced -

You're right, it's just a box filled with deadly spiders! Oh, definitely. Very popular theme, but the threads here on EB barely get any traction throughout the year -

That’s the most we can hope for. Reveals or leaks of anything 2HY-related can safely be ruled out for both toy fairs, but a simultaneous online reveal of the Dots sets is certainly possible -
DC Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion

Some people argue that the MCU has changed how people perceive movies, instead of enoying individual ones, they allegedly care more about the interconnectedness and post-credit scenes to set up further movies. Personally, I don’t think it’s true for most consumers. They still enjoy movies on their own merits. Expecting post-credits scenes for instance is a good thing because people don’t leave during the credits anymore, which I aways found a tiny bit disrespectful to all the people that work on movies It’s more the studios that are the problem, trying to force cinematic universes on us that nobody cares about *cough* Dork Universe *cough* -

Have to disagree here. A good movie is a good movie, regardless of whether it's part of a doomed timeline or not. I'll enjoy them for what they are -

@THELEGOBATMAN: That definitely makes more sense, thanks for translating! So there is a light brick involved! Makes sense, as the Idol is illuminated in the movie. I hope they still use the awesome piece from 2008, rather than a printed minifig head or some other cheap nonsense, like a pearl gold piece Luckily, metal gold is still alive and well! -

Whoops, hadn‘t seen your post! Nope. A $240 version is too small to be a proper UCS one and the „evidence“ for a Sail Barge set is flimsy at best to begin with -

Severe case of AFOL. No cure has been discovered yet The whole polybag story is pretty nitpicky IMO. Want a truly terrible error? The 2005 catalogue where it proudly said that Anakin is fighting the Empire‘s Vulture Droids. Now THAT was something worth questioning. A wrong label is so insignificant in comparison -
