You're absolutely correct. Statistically speaking, there is no way someone got all of them right -

Nature is healing. Imagine if we actually morbed this set into existence Since we now know that a REAL Battle of Hogwarts set is coming (sorry, not sorry, 2011 set), what new minifigs do you expect there? As for new characters, hoping for Aberforth and/or Narcissa, the rest will most likely be new versions of existing characters -

I call shenanigans. Some of these were oddly specific I’m excited for the DH sets, but overall it’s a mixed bag to me. I don’t care at all about that trunk, the Dobby fig is whatever, the Knight Bus is unnecessary, and that 65$ remake of Expecto Patronum is just a waste Of course it could still be a DH set, but I kinda doubt that -

Expecto Patronum: Really hope it's a DH set, not a PoA one Battle of Hogwarts: YES! Quidditch Trunk: MEH. Gringotts for $430?! Holy smokes Knight Bus D2C? Okay then. A BUILDABLE DOBBY?! The prophecies were true -

I really like the sound of that portal polybag! Could be pretty versatile given how commonly these portals are used throughout the MCU, and those trans-orange tiles are pretty rare to boot. Also, a Strange minifig in a polybag sounds like a great deal! -

In all likelihood, no. Diagon Alley, the Icon collection, and the Hogwarts Express were all first rumoured a while after we had seen the regular set lists in the respective years. This year shouldn’t be different -

Eh, too obvious Or are you hinting at something?! While it’s unique-looking, serves as the place where an important scene happens, and offers good minifig potential, I still can’t see it as a set. Feels a bit too niche to me Prove me wrong, TLG! -

This year, NYTF is scheduled for September and the other two fairs don’t allow pictures. Even if they did, they now mostly have 1HY sets on display anyway. In short: don’t expect anything out of the toy fairs this year (or ever again, for that matter) -

I know they‘re fictionalised versions, but it still doesn‘t sit quite right with me. I‘d rather they give us named characters instead and only include generic soldiers when there‘s no way around it, like drivers or pilots -

Eh. RoP has the superior production design in my opinion, which would lead to better sets. The designs in WoT are not bad per se, but I think they’re very generic and dull as dishwater The design of the Dark One in particular is the lamest villain design I‘ve seen in a looooooong time. In terms of fantasy theme set potential, this is my preferred order: LotR, Hobbit, RoP, DnD, WoT. I still want that Bolg minifig -

No. If that was an issue, we wouldn‘t get minifigs of any of the villains in ROTLA or TLC since all of them were either Nazis or allied with them. The actual problem is his uniform. While it is made up in a similar way the Flying Wing is, it probably looks too much like a real-life tank to be set material, I‘m afraid. I‘d love to have a set based on that scene, but alas… -

If prior reveals are any indication, no. TLG tend to do separate unveilings which are usually much closer to release, especially nowadays. Pretty weird how other toy companies already reveal their DoD stuff while TLG hasn‘t even given us a look at the sets based on the previous movies -

Indeed. Generic Russian soldiers should be avoided as much as generic Nazi soldiers. However, as @Atrius Kain points out, they could get away with only featuring named characters Really? Huh. Of course the character doesn’t have any fight scenes, but he makes up for that with an extremely memorable death scene that could easily be realised as a toy Same goes for a minifig! That’s a bit of a stretch tough as it’s only mentioned once in the movie -

Yeah, go team TLC!! A Venice channel chase remake and a Grail Temple set are a must. Sadly, we will probably never see a minifig of Vogel (who still has one of the funniest death scenes in film history to me), but this time, they could at least include Donovan somewhere. Not featuring the main antagonist of TLC in any of the sets was kinda silly -

I will never understand why Tolkien decided to undermine the power of the One Ring and thus the urgency of the plot by having one of the first characters our heroes meet be immune to the ring’s influence The ring is so evil not even the mighty Gandalf dare touch it out of fear of being corrupted! Next scene: Dancing singing forest dweller deity (?) in yellow boots is immune to it. Not so bad after all, that smelly old ring, eh? Tom as a character is fine I guess, but his placement in the story makes no narrative sense to me, especially since he never shows up again. That’s the problem: the Balrog in the show is the Balrog in Moria, aka Durin’s Bane. Unless it’s awoken twice, they will likely move the destruction of Khazad-Dûm from the Third to the Second Age. That by itself doesn’t bother me, but its awakening should be triggered by the dwarves’ increased greed after receiving the rings, not by . Also, the great elven smith Celebrimbor doesn’t know what an alloy is?! That scene could’ve been written better -

Personally, I wouldn't mind sets based on ROP, but I'd definitely prefer more LOTR and Hobbit sets. I thought season 1 was pretty decent, but a few things bothered me quite a bit: Some characters felt pretty pointless, like Kemen. I suppose he will factor in in later seasons, but they still could've done more with him The whole Mithril story. WHAT? Inconsistencies with LOTR, like The fact that the creation of was initiated by Still not sure how to feel about the identity of Sauron. -
