  1. Technically, we could see official pictures any day now I’m still expecting a reveal later than sooner, just to keep my expectations in check We went from the earliest to the second-latest reveal in 2022 and 23 respectively, so let’s see where 24 lands in that range!
  2. Not the versions we were hoping for, but at least they‘re compatible with other minifigs, unlike the Mighty Micro ones or other highly stylised takes It‘s kinda sad the only new characters this year are Lizard, Zola, Rogue, and whoever new ends up being in the X-Mansion, but that‘s still more than what can be said for DC And some interesting updates are still in the cards for the other sets, like that rubber cape for Thor, new prints for AoU Hulk, and the Iron Legion helmets.
  3. Indeed. And didn‘t the description outright say that the magical ceiling is done using stickers?
  4. The actual D2C set is Shadow’s head Why him rather than Sonic? Maybe it’s an indirect movie tie-in? I think I actually prefer the April Fool’s joke
  5. That’s one of the least surprising things they could’ve done Where’s Robin though?!
  6. Indeed! The fact none of them are included in the Battle of Peridea set makes a BP next year pretty likely Can‘t imagine them skipping that! 3 Night troopers and 1 Death trooper would be excellent
  7. That‘s what‘s been frustrating about the Infinity Saga sets to me. There are so many films they could revisit (or cover for the first time even), but they instead focus on the same movies, giving us the same characters over and over again Especially this summer! It‘s a pretty substantial wave, and there’s not even one new character (Surtur excluded) or at least noteworthy variant anywhere? Come on. Sure, not all of the phase 1-3 movies were equally successful, popular, and merchandisable, but revisiting Doctor Strange, GotG Vol 2, and Iron Man 3, plus finally acknowledging The First Avenger, Thor, The Dark World, and The Winter Soldier shouldn‘t be that hard Maybe next year!
  8. At least one, the Home Alone set. The initial idea only had 3 minifigs (Kevin, Marv, and Harry) while the final set also includes the mother and the neighbour
  9. Because these are two separate sets The survey set was either cancelled or comes out in 2025, same as the Donald figure
  10. I wouldn’t mind more themed series like S14, S18, and now S26, as long as they’re as varied, creative, and whacky as those three Purely historical ones would not be exciting enough in my opinion, I’d much prefer for them to have a fantasy touch like @Accio Lego is suggesting
  11. Except the last ones came out two years ago I’m afraid they’re dead. I doubt there’ll be any kind of LOTR sets for army building in general. If they planned on bringing the theme back properly, I think they already would have done so with Barad-dûr, which is instead still part of the Icons theme Maybe next year, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up!
  12. More infos on 21259, thanks to @Lego_Minecraft_Goat: It includes a smaller version of the previous pirate ship, a bit of terrain, an adult camel with saddle, a squid, and two more mobs/minifigs
  13. As I just explained above, GWP sets are super limited and thus don’t have any new pieces. Even new prints are pretty rare. Keep expectations as low as possible
  14. GWP sets rarely have anything exclusive about them, which makes sense given their limited availability and the fact they’re only an incentive to buy other sets. Exclusive prints are pretty rare (for instance, I fully expect the mimic’s eyes to reappear in another set), recoloured pieces even more rare, and new pieces next to impossible
  15. The mutant minions are apparently indeed a spoiler, since TLG has sent out the wrong version of the set images and is now trying to fix it The rest of the sets will be revealed on April 22nd it seems
  16. If they wanted to get rid of the license, they’d just do so The cape does sound odd, but maybe it‘s easily removable, like Dr. Strange‘s cape?
  17. Can’t decide which is the weirdest: HAL 9000, Aunt Marge, or Mr Fantastic Seems to be a plot point they’ve hidden so far Maybe, but think of the possibilities! These tiles will be used for so so many unholy abominations, it’s gonna be glorious
  18. Hey, it‘s almost screen-accurate at least I personally don‘t mind not getting the Witch-King! …for now His exclusion here is a good sign, as others have pointed out!
  19. Two of the sets have been revealed! Gru‘s house looks cool, but I have no idea what‘s going on with these minion mutant abominations And the less said about buildable Gru, the better
  20. I will never sleep again. Yeah, the headpieces are not similar enough! If they can bring back the Gamorrean piece unchanged, they can do the same for RotJ Bib
  21. Really? Huh. Strange, since last year‘s wave was one of the strongest we‘ve had so far, in my opinion. Of course quality doesn‘t automatically result in sales, but still surprising to hear
  22. The minifig line-up is Sam, Frodo, Gollum, Sauron, the Mouth of Sauron, a Nazgul, 2 green orcs, and 2 brown orcs, according to @Brick Clicker! Sounds awesome
  23. Yeah, while lego_minecraft_goat hasn‘t commented yet, it‘s listed as an April Fool‘s joke on the legoleak subreddit, so I assume it‘s one Too bad, as I really like maxifigs and the Mario ones especially sounded great, unironically! …Or maybe the joke was that it‘s not a joke
  24. Crazy to think that technically, the official reveal could happen as early as next week After all the City animal leaks, I thought the troll couldn‘t be far behind, but nope…
  25. Looks like it is Who besides me is silly enough to fall for an April Fool‘s joke on the 2nd of April, after already having seen it on the 1st? To be honest though, I unironically would have liked the idea!
