Loooooove the two Mando sets! Exactly what I was hoping for The microfighter is neat and that mech got a good laugh out of me So ridiculous I can’t help but love it

The only thing that bothers me about this wave is the lack of new characters (except for Surtur and his lackeys). The builds look stunning and the minifigs all got great updates! Some notes: Kinda funny how I would‘ve been through the roof a couple of years ago if we got an awesome Leviathan like this, and now it‘s not all that special anymore since we already got one last year in the AT with the same minifigs. Still, can‘t hurt to have another one and great for people who don‘t have the AT! Love the terrain build in the AoU set, much cooler than anticipated and the new Hydra goons are much better than their precursors! The „BP“ is really cool! Might be one of the best terrain builds we‘ve ever seen in a BP! Loooooove the new Milano! Blows the 2014 one right out of the water and even gives the Benatar a run for its money! Nice to see the return of the Baby Groot piece and a grey Drax again. Too bad about Star-Lord‘s helmet, but I would‘ve been very surprised to see it return to be honest The Surtur set is my favourite without question! Surtur works so well as a buildable figure, the fire demons are a welcome addition, and I love that it comes with the chain to represent both the scenes of Thor being chained up and him carrying back Surtur‘s helmet/horns/skull.

Love the new calendar! Never ceases to impress me how much effort they put even into the most minor characters

Didn’t expect to see finalised pictures so soon, but I like what I’m seeing! Surtur is my clear favourite

Too bad the sets won‘t be based on TLW, but I saw it coming. An allosaurus sounds awesome though!

The movie has been delayed by almost a year So they hopefully have some more BTAS sets in store as a replacement, otherwise it‘s gonna be a rather bleak year for DC, even with Superman sets!

Isn’t the event on May the 4th, i.e., Saturday? But yes, I expect the full June wave to be revealed, plus a set or two from the August wave

I like the new boxart that has just been revealed! No more ghost Mario wreaking havoc, instead they show the three digifigs in the top-right corner The new versions look identical from what I can tell!

Hard to tell. Some of last year’s sets were already revealed by mid-April, but that was the debut of the theme. I’d say sometime in June

We need to be careful with perceived patterns, because more often than not, those end up just existing in our heads That said, it would be pretty weird to have only a single Skywalker Saga playset this year without an anniversary minifig. While I’m still expecting a “rule”-breaking OT set, I’m having my fingers crossed for a Mando-related one. The minifig selection would have so much more potential and the concept of uglies would fit a lot better too since they only exist post-ROTJ in both canon and legends (at least as far as I know)

We’re safe here. The criminal mastermind behind jonkling up the DC thread strongly believes in Batman supremacy and won’t even touch this thread. The madness is contained I suspect they couldn’t delay them, unlike LEGO? Maybe they can’t do it logistically

Simple, those prints most likely weren’t part of the theme’s budget but the marketing budget instead Also, those must’ve been cheaper than other prints due to their limited quantity: less ink (?) and no costly storage space!

Having the staircase tower as its own set is gonna be so cool! Has to be next year's flagship set Maybe along with another portion of the castle, as just one tower might be an odd set to buy if you don't own any other Hogwarts sets. I hope this means they'll continue the collectable portraits since that set's gonna need A LOT of them

I SO hope you're right with this. It's the only set in the August wave I currently don't care about in the slightest, but if it actually was a Mando/TBOBF set, I'd be over the moon Maybe Renown's hint really was about Pershing instead of Tarkin, because teasing a character we've had twice before seems a tiny bit silly

I thought so too, but I looked it up on brickmerge and they‘re all scheduled for August

I just realised that none of the 2HY sets are scheduled for June I was expecting two waves as usual, but nope Well, the reveal will take a while then since Marvel is usually among the themes to get pretty late reveals

Pictures of the minifigs included in the Ollivander’s and potion classroom sets can be found in the usual place! Love the new Snape minifig (with arm printing!!) and that new flask piece! So cool to finally see a rounded one like that after it was teased all the way back in 2001

Love all the new minifigs here! I’m a bit split on Ezra’s blue eyes tho. They usually reserve coloured eyes for alien characters, so it’s inconsistent to have Ezra be the only human character to have them in a looooooong time, but then again, his bright eyes are a key feature of his design

Those were discontinued for all themes, the last ones having been released in 2022 I really liked those, even with their limitations

It's not a leak but an official reveal, and those can happen whenever TLG and/or their license partners feel like it, it seems. Might be a Nintendo thing since the Mario sets also tend to get revealed early, as was the first AC wave last October
