My take on the GE 44 Tonner shunting diesel.
Man with a hat replied to Steamdemon's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Nice little shunter. It is very short indeed. It looks a bit rounder than the original though. -
Nice update. And it looks better than the old one. Although both types of spires can be found in real life the new one fits better.

Beautiful car. But as @zephyr1934 said the background is also such a great piece of work it kind of distracts form the car itself. But nonetheless great job!

[MOC]: Palameria Commuter Station
Man with a hat replied to Elysiumfountain's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Oh wow, That's a classy and interesting take on a commuter train station. Quite a lush country that Palameria. I can't help wondering how the main station would look like. -
Oh, Brilliant again. Where do you get all those ideas?

All your vehicle are looking really nice, bt I like this one especially. That container is perfect.

That looks really nice. A great idea to have those LEGO stands. And with corresponding background. That is brilliant! And the trains themselves look great as well.

HTM 265 - Tram from The Hague, the Netherlands
Man with a hat replied to macnavi's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Oh. Lovely design. I was kind of expecting the modern HTM tram, but this is even better. I believe there is one still operational since I see it now and then when I am in The Hague, or is that another model? Anyway shape, size, colours are all really well done. The lower side and the doors look really good. -
That's really nice and I like the sewers the most as well.

Wow indeed. This is stunning. Brilliant use of that DUPLO green house here! The timberwork looks amazing. And a lot of nice details. I like the telephone/electricity connection to the wall. Simple but very clever.

Nice work. And that gap looks much better now. Eh, that means it is less obvious of course. I have a WIP for which I am struggling with the front cabin as well. Those are the trickiest parts too get well. But overall it looks really good. And the colour scheme is done really well.

That looks amazing. Very realistic and everything works perfectly together. And the attention to detail is outstanding.
-
Wonderful creation again. The front is very cleverly done. And overall it looks amazing. Great job.

[MOC] Certissa town-something for holidays -3 page
Man with a hat replied to Romanos's topic in LEGO Town
Oh, that tanker truck is brilliant! But nice layout. And a traffic jam on a hot day at the beach. -
Nice. I can see the similarities with 7725. The front is really well done. Good job. I only think that you can get the gap between the cariagges a little bit smaller. Makes it look even better.

Oh those good old days... But I am also curious in the development of the system at that time. I must say that back then also "normal" model railroad trains and accessories were available in abundance. I remember complete sections filled with these in my toys stores. But now... Hardly any train to see. So it was also typical of that time. @LEGO Train 12 Volts Don't make me even more jealous than I already am.

Thanks for showing these. They are all amazing works of art.

Oh my!. That's a childhood dream come true. I always wanted to build those bridges (never got very far with what I got then). And that steam engine.
