  1. Yeah, of course the chance to win for the remaining days change (decrease) from the to day.
  2. How many entries were there? Just to know the odds.. Okay, I see, 210.
  3. Hi to all! It’s Christmas time once again and I hope you are ready to start opening your own advent calendars. As in last year, I intend to start some advent calendars myself here at Eurobricks. These calendars were built using LDD, so no “real” bricks here, but I hope you’ll still enjoy it. Since my favorite theme is the Collectable Minifigures, it was obvious to start an AC that will contain new and never-seen-before minifigs. Since there are 24 days in an AC, there will be 24 minifigs, not 16. And what kind of minifigs? Whatever you can imagine! Or at least I can…Or both, since most of the ideas I tried to create came from you. I read through some “let’s guess what minifigs will appear in future CMF series” threads and there were many brilliant ideas! Of course I missed those that were already made, or will be in the upcoming Series 13. UPDATE: There will be at least one that is similar to one of the minifigures in Series 13, but I didn't know that when I created it, and I didn't want to change. I tried to do my best making unique “printings”, but since the project was made in LDD, I had to use the molds that already exist there. “Oh no, so no new molds?!” Actually, albeit I couldn't change the 3D models of the molds in the LDD software, the rendering software allows doing some “changes” ;) So be prepared for some exciting minifigs! And don’t forget to come back every day until 24th! Enjoy! Day 1 - Baker
  4. Greetings! It’s Chrismas time once again and I hope you are ready to start opening your own advent calendars. As in last year, I intend to start some advent calendars myself here at Eurobricks. These calendars were built using LDD, so no “real” bricks here, but I hope you’ll still enjoy it. This advent calendar is based on one of this year’s official set: Santa's Workshop! Consider it as an extended “battle” pack for the set and expect anything that goes well with it. And don’t forget to come back every day until 24th! Enjoy! Day 1 - Handy Elf
  5. Ahoy, forummates! It’s 1st December, which means that you can start opening the advent calendars today. As in last year, I intend to start some advent calendars myself here at Eurobricks. These calendars were built using LDD, so no “real” bricks here, but I hope you’ll still enjoy it. One of the calendars will be based on the Pirates theme. The jolly sea rats returned this year, so I guess everyone is eager to see more of them – although this calendar is not an official set. It will be similar to the official ones though. You can expect minifigs, small builds related to pirates, maybe even some microbuilds of iconic sets…I tried to present this versatile theme the best I can, so prepare for…virtually anything ever happened with the pirates. And don’t forget to come back every day until 24th! So, let’s start! Day 1 - Soldier
  6. Thank Toa Of Justice! The face of the Garden gnome is part of the software, so I added it and changed the file in my directory. Maybe I accidentally deleted it and didn't notice. By the way, there are some missing decals: the Statue of Liberty's skirt or the Chicken Suit Guy's face. For the latter, there is a transparent green head in the file! http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Yooha/LDDhelp/collectible_minifigures_and_torsos.lxf
  7. Great review and great review. Two notes: I am a little disappointed that the Galaxy Trooper's torso is not printed. But since it wouldn't be visible under the armor, it is not such a big problem. As for the Evil Wizard, in the leaflet both parts of the cape is put on in a way that the flames are both looking forward. And I have to say, the interview is even more interesting than the review itself - no offense, WhiteFang! :) It is so great to hear about designing process.
  8. This link works for me: http://www.target.com/p/mini-figure-gift-set/-/A-16602309#prodSlot=medium_1_1&term=lego
  9. Great series! It's good to see so many workers, and not only warriors. (not only here but in other entries as well) My favorite are the Tracker, the Herbalist (obviously)the Glassblower and the Magister.
  10. How many minifigures are in it? Four? (30 pieces seems too many for only 2). If so, what are the other two?
  11. Good job! (I still don't get the title, but that's the producers' fault)
  12. The file I just downloaded from my own library - and should be the same Toa_Of_Justice has problems with - still doesn't show any problem to me. The Librarian's book is in its place, next to the minifig. And not in her hands as I thought, so I don't know why it shows any problem. Can it be that, for example, different versions of LDD behave different? A long story short, I still don't know how to fix the problem I don't see, but Toa_Of_Justice, feel free to fix it and upload the new file or send it to me. As for Calabar's suggestion, I checked the file, but "materials="21"" appeared 0 time in the file. By the way, the file is 6 days old and is about another build I've done then, not this one. One more thing: In the last few days, before LDD starts, it downloads some update, but does it every time! And it takes some 5 minutes to start. Can the software be freed from this never-ending cycle? Considering that LDD has to be closed every time I start a render with LDD to POVRay, it takes a huge amount of time every day. UPDATE: The software says the brick version is 1392, however there is a topic here called 1564.2, so maybe my software cannot upgrade itself but tries every time.
  13. Hm, I don't get a warning. But even if I had, there is almost 0% chance to find the missing brick, since the program doesn't tell you, which that part was.

    Christmas Market

And isn't it familiar to you?
  15. Maybe the female cyclops without the head mold, using some hair or helmet could work.
  16. I made a summary file including the CMF 1-11 minifigures (not my work) and all the other torso and leg decors that are in the software. A tried to identify every decors and used the parts with the existing colors. http://www.brickshel..._and_torsos.lxf
  17. The small scales look really good! Brick on!
  18. Hi everyone, I guess Black Friday is a good day to show you this digital creation. It is a small Christmas Market with some stalls and happy costumers.I hope you'll like it. And an extra picture: I tried to make a more detailed Santa as the official one. (I didn't want to open a topic just for this one picture)
  19. Hi everyone, Does anyone have an LXF file where all the decals for minifigures are used? Someone here made one with the CMF series 1-11 and many thanks to him/her for that! I made one for the torsos, but I'm struggling identifying all of them (many from Chima, Ninjago, Castle). And doing this for the faces/legs/belts(!) looks impossible. Maybe a decal expert could do this and share the information? Like building the whole minifig which uses those decals - seeing the whole minifig would help identify. Sometimes I'm looking for a fitting belt, a jedi robe or something and with those tiny pictures in the software it is HARD to find anything.
  20. I think Historica is big enough to find any kind of..any kinds. Green skinned elves, why not? And it shows LEGOs creativity that so many SW parts can be used in a medieval world. Jedi robes fit perfectly, for instance.
  21. Better pictures on LEGOs facebook page. That kobold goblin is magnificent. And all the histroric figures: Egyptian, King, Evil wizard, Cyclops lady, Samurai!
  22. From a Hungarian lego blog. I don't know the source.
  23. Can anyone guess, how the water tower on the roof was built with so many sides?
  24. Thanks everyone! It is nice to see that so many of them are the favorite of yours - that are not necessarily my favorites.
  25. Using so many elf/orc ears with different skin colors for different elves is a brilliant idea. Those are my favourite!
