    In most cases the heads are not completely reused. For the baker and the fantasy warlord the are surely not.

    I updated the file according to Sjuip's improvements - thanks for that! Now what is left is making all the non CMF head and maybe the arm an hip printings. But the hip printings almost cannot be seen and there are not too many arm printings, so I don't plan to do those.

    It is not a seasonal collection, that was not my intention. But this is a good idea for next year :) I wanted to try myself designing some unique minifigs (with head and torso design, some new accessories where possible). And the Flatland Lady's headpiece is a new "mold". But I can tell you that there will be some Christmas characters.

    Great, yet another advent calendar! I will wait for the rest of this project.

    The structure of the black tower looks very good! I cannot explain why, since it is not very complicated, still I love it very much. (The story-line is exciting as always, needless to say)
