    I'm starting to develop a love affair with City trucks after getting the 60083 Snow Plough (Unimog!).. No wonder, my first set ever was the 6367 Semi Truck :) And now I'm considering adding a second truck to my collection with the 60020 Cargo Truck. Is this a good set worth a buy? Hopefully one day I'll own a 3221 LEGO City Truck as well :D

    Its a poor set based on an ongoing show for a ship that may even feature in Rogue One. Its retirement probably means ot will be remade somewhere down the line. Refrain.

    Tumbler is perfect.. Bat Pod and Bat do nothing for me but I would buy the Tumblr.. Or bricklink it if you share instructions :)

    This is so true.. The first three sets I bought when I came out of my dark ages were Technic kits, and the moment I started putting the first one together I realized it was nothing like what I remember. It actually felt like something altogether different, and less appreciable.. It used to be my main Lego attraction, now it's something I collect on the side out of habbit. I'm sure I'm just stubbornly resistant to change and it's most likely much better than before.. but I just didn't feel like learning the ropes all over again..

    I wonder whether LEGO realize how much more the Empire BP would have sold if the figures didn't have the annoying weathering prints.. I would have gotten 5 of them myself. As of now, I own none.

    I would actually advise that you buy him a couple small sets that will also be good parts donors: 42021 Snow Motorcycle Very good parts donor with a new suspension system and functional steering 42026 Black Champion Pull Back motors and my personal favorite among the pull back models, has a very low center of gravity hence much better halance than the rest 42032 Compact Tracked Loader Very good parts donor with crawling tracks, bucket, and a functioning bucket mechanism 42048 Race Kart Amazingly charming set with great color bricks, functional steering and working engine, it's the best model of this year I think With these and what he already has he could easily build A LOT. And this has the advantage of making him happy piecemeal, without being disappointed with any of them..

    Agreed.. CGI characters just don't work, yet. Even in Episode VII, Maz Kanata stuck out like a sore thumb among the props. It would just look bad.

    The Alice I grew up with actually had a red dress and white pinafore, it was a very weird adaptation to the Disney Alice when I saw it for the first time.. To me, thisis and always will be Alice (even though I know the first official coloring was actually yellow). But I digress.. What have you done.. Now I just have to buy it because it sounds like Fat Agnus :D

    I could probably easily feel and find about half a dozen shark guys for anyone interested, I'd be more than happy to trade with any Series 13 or earlier CMFs, particularly warrior type minifigures.. Feel free to contact me if you wish.

    Not keeping about 10 kgs of Lego from my childhood.. That said, I had willingly allowed my parents to donate them all to a charity for orphans so I guess I just miss them rather than regret it. Now that I'm out of the dark ages and have fair income I can make up for their loss.

    What is the original aircraft this is based on? It looks like someone took a gunship body and added wings and propeller to it. So strange.

    I don't get what's so hot about Ursula anyway, it looks pretty bad and not like a minifig to me.. But then, anything without legs does not count as a proper minifig in my book (I don't like even the pyramid skirt blocks). The only ones that I'm really hot about, now that novelty has worn off, are Stitch, Cheshire Cat, Aladdin for me, I'll probably also get Mickey/Minnie, because they are iconic. I'll get Donald/Daisy, Alice and Ariel for my wife.
