Looks like your mod is coming along swimmingly! Be sure to keep posting updates for us! I've been modding 75054 myself, but more along the lines of Ralph McQuarrie and Joe Johnston.

Organized by piece type into inexpensive Ziploc bags, which are then thrown in buckets. Maybe some day I'll split up the pieces according to color as well, but till then I'm too lazy and content with the way things are.

Man, one of the few times I enter the Historic Themes subforum, and I'm presented with these awesome MOCs! I mean, awesome is really not the best word for these... 'mind-blowing' comes close. These really have spirit, something that not all large MOCs have. Really shouldn't have looked at these... now you're making me wish I got more of these sets while I had the chance! Keep up the good work!

Video: Resistance Troop Transporter Reivew (Princess Leia)
Junior Shark replied to Zusammengebaut's topic in LEGO Star Wars
OK, wait, are the Resistance guns that same dark metallic color as in the First Order Transporter set? In this video, it looks like they are, but the Shop @ Home listing for this set does not make it look like they are.- 46 replies

I don't know if Rebels would go into "convoluted" plot territory like that (oh how I wish it would, though!), but I would definitely be happy with seeing more ISB agents and Inquisitors. Those two groups are more or less the main antagonists of the show (under the general banner of the Empire), but we know very little about them in this new canon. It would be so cool to see an ISB agent like this in Rebels. And if the ycould somehow incorporate the Imperial Intelligence uniforms from Legends, I wouldnt' mind that.

Hmmm... Maybe this will change your mind? Also, I'm perusing my builds for this year's Lego Star Wars Advent Calendar, and the little turret station in this set has the same color scheme as the Day 12 set. Coincidence? Or nah?

For Lego? Or are you saying the staff there is extremely unhelpful as well? I wouldn't know, I'm more of a Lowe's guy. Where did you find all that on sale?

REVIEW: 75104 Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle
Junior Shark replied to WhiteFang's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The only way I got all 6 in there was just tossing 'em in loose. Great review of a great set, though heaven knows I didn't need to read this to buy it! If anyone is unsure about jumping into the pool that is this set, just do it! + 1 -
Yeah, that's what I tried, but they only had a Hulk polybag for me. They're like, "Is this what you're looking for?" No, I asked for a Stormtrooper polybag.

Pretty good, but Anakin's face... Yeesh.

A bit melodramatic, don't you think? Weeks? Surely you mean day. EDIT: Also, if someone is taking a break from the forum due to spoilers, I don't think they'd be able to respond to the OP, if you get my drift.

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Junior Shark replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
EDIT: Edited for 'minimodding'. How could you have a Star Wars license separate from a Force Awakens license? It's very non sequitur if you ask me. -
Ohh you're so right.... I really thought we were done with his parents. But wait, what about at the end when he was talking to them through the force? It really seemed like they were gone gone. Kanan even acknowledged as much by saying something about how people live on through the Force (sorry for all the 'somethings', I'm working off of memory here).

Good reasons for sure! Thanks for indulging my curiosity!

Lucky. Checked back today and my TRU is definitely out of them.
-
Cool shuttle! Recognized it as soon as I saw it! Is that little walker based on anything in particular? Also, if you don't mind me asking, what is your reasoning behind the assassins? Just cool Imperial variants? Pardon my curiousity! Whatever they are, I like 'em!

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Junior Shark replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yeah. And you're right about it being easy as a European! I mean, I live in Colorado, which has without a doubt been the state with the most prolific shootings (Columbine, Aurora theater, Planned Parenthood, etc.). So of all people, I think I may be justified in fear! However, I just have a personal philosophy of not letting fear get in the way of life, y'know? Not to marginalize those 12 peoples' lives. So yes, kinda silly when you look at the facts, but certainly justifiable. Also, this morbid talk does not really belong here. Change of subject, anyone? -
LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Junior Shark replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Yeah, that's always a danger nowadays. The way I see it, with what's been going on recently, there's a certain degree of risk anytime you step outside of your home. Hospital, movie theater, you name it. Can't let that stop you from livin' life though, right? Might as well jsut go and see Star Wars. -
Yeah, snorefest was a pretty good description. Though I am glad they finally closed Ezra's whole, "Where are my parents?" thing. Hopefully the inaction in this episode will make the next one all the more sweeter!

Keep some, discard others. I mainly keep big ones, I don't need 50 million battlepack boxes taking up space. The discarded ones get recycled (as all good, environmentally-conscious Lego fans should do!)

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Junior Shark replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Don't worry, I have taken all the necessary precautions. No mask for me! Plus, when I say suit, it's more like footie pajamas . Believe me, as a Coloradoan, I know all about movie theaters and safety precautions (Aurora ring a bell? James Holmes?) Please don't tell me you're in the UK.... -
Good to hear! And hey, let us know about the status of Stormtrooper Sergeants @ Toys R Us. I went yesterday, but an employee said they were "all out". Which at my Toys R Us, is code for "I don't know where they are", which usually means I come back in a day or two and they're in a huge pile on a shelf. So fingers crossed for my trip today! I hope they're not sold out... I mean, they still have oodles of the TFA C-3PO poly.

Hmmm... not seeing any discussion about TIE pilots on this thread....Maybe you're confusing this with the discussion about the UCS TIE Pilot that was going on in the 2015 Pictures & Rumors thread? And as far as polybags go, the only polybag with any First Order connections is the First Order Special Forces TIE Fighter (@ Target), which was being discussed in this thread. Clear as mud?
